Marc is an exceptional plumber. He was truly a detective when it came to finding the source of the leak I was experiencing in my basement which lead to a flood. I even told him he was the Sherlock Holmes of Plumbing. I knew I was in expert hands with his vast knowledge for what was needed to repair the problem. Because of his expertise in his field, he found another issue that, in the near future could have caused incredible property damage and wouldn't have been covered by my homeowner's insurance. Talk about a blessing! He was patient in answering all of my questions. He was very respectful of my home. Above all, Marc made an extremely worrisome situation feel calm. He is kind, warm and wonderful to work with. I do feel blessed to have received his services. He's quite amazing. I fully confident in recommending him to anyone with 100% faith that he will help you with whatever it is you need. I really can't say enough about him. Thank you Marc!

My recent experience with Roto Rooter was nothing short of exceptional. Jason, who took my call, was excellent and made quick work of the process. Within about 5m, I had an appointment scheduled for a technician to arrive within the hour.

When the technician, Brian, arrived he listened to my concerns and then carefully checked everything out. Unfortunately, the smell (about which we had called in the first place) had dissipated but Brian did not rush out and instead spent time educating me about what could have been causing it and what actions steps could be taken. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need and he seemed truly dedicated to providing insight and support.

I would call Roto Rooter again for any future needs.

Had a blocked sewer main line that was backing up sewage water into my basement. I called them late at night and they were able to get to me the next morning around 7am. Alex was the ultimate professional, explained the whole process, and gave me solutions to avoid this happening again. He was able to solve the issue in about 30 to 45 mins. Also, the price for their services were reasonable. I would definitely recommend to others.
