My experience buying a new car with Mazda Route 9 was great! I did not feel pressure at all during the whole experience. Tom Simek, our product specialist, listened to what I needed in a vehicle, was knowledgeable about the car, and took his time going over all the features of the CX5. Thank you Mazda Route 9 team!

Bought a Toyota from Mazda, within the first 2 weeks it has issues, they told me to bring it to Toyota through my insurance. No way two weeks and no help.
Not until many phone calls to Mazda and going there and fighting with them I finally got them to take it to Toyota.
Then they only gave me 1 key said I would get another 6 weeks later nothing. Asked multiple times for one, would just get yeah we will check on it, then nothing again.
Told them I wanted to give the car back they tried to give me a trade for a Mazda suv in the same year but has less options then the Toyota. Why would I down grade. They wouldn’t give me anything with same options as a trade.
Horrible service and never buying a car from then again nor a car from a different dealership.
I have to say only person who tried there best but didn’t have the authority to do more is Miles.
He should get more pay, more access abs a better company to work for.

Fast friendly n being a stranger to this dealership the friendliest dealership ever all I needed was a new battery in my key dongle (during a blizzard oh well) they were open! In ad out in 90 seconds. THANKS AGAIN

Jamal and his team were very helpful throughout the car buying process. Jamal did not push me to buy a car yet educated me and informed me on my options. Ultimately I purchased a 2020 cx-5 and Jamal helped me secure 0%apr.great experience overall.

The buying experience was simple and straightforward. Shelby was great to work with. She didn’t try to sell me extras or pressure me into anything. I was out in 2 Hrs and that’s how it should be. Diana was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and took her time. Very pleased with the entire process. The car had some scratches at the bottom left bumper, I guess from the delivery truck bringing it down. They took care of it. It was no big deal. Service department is also a good experience so far.

After looking at the CX-30 at another dealership, we went to this dealer the next day because they were the only ones open. Its a bit further from where we live, but we didn't have anything else going on so figured why not get a better idea of what we want while its fresh in our minds. We got there and walked around the lot outside before heading inside (not sure if that's actually allowed, but no one "bothered" us which was really refreshing). After going inside, we were immediately greeted by Jamal and he got us immediately set-up with seeing the different vehicle options that we wanted to. They let you look at the cars without them standing over your shoulder which I think is great. Once we figured out the model and options that we wanted, we asked if there was ANY way we could leave with the car that day. I was honest with the fact that if not I would probably just get it from the other dealer because of how much closer that is to where I live. It was a Sunday, they normally aren't able to do it because the detail/service team aren't in. Justin Myles and Jamal worked so hard to make it happen. So did Shelby. And I'm sure others that I didn't even realize were involved. They stayed late and then it started to snow very badly which we had no idea was headed our way. The entire time they were so nice, never pushy, and really put me and what I wanted first. I cannot recommend them enough. I was trading in my current vehicle that I had financed and there was an issue where the bank took the payment for that month the day after I traded it in, but Shelby said she would work with me to get that money back since the dealership was set to payoff the car with the amount before that payment. It's too soon to know how that will end, but I trust Shelby will keep her word. Everyone that works here are great people, great at their jobs, and care about you. I'm so happy that my local dealership was closed and that I chose to come here.

My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. Chad, the GM, and Mitch, finance guy, also contributed to make the transaction as smooth as possible. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.

Pathetic! If your young looking to buy a car i would suggest go elsewhere. My daughter purchased a car here and they told her she would need to register it herself. Imagine that!? Men took advantage of her is my belief and put off what they're suppose to do.

Great car, great service, really happy with my experience at Route 9 Mazda! Remo, the service dept, everyone has been exceptional; any issues I had were addressed and my beautiful car is running tip-top. I love my Mazda!

Due to my mother's recommendations since she bought her own CX-5 I decided to give Route 9 Mazda a shot. Right off the bat everyone was engaging and I felt relaxed browsing my options. The GM was extremely help and I can't wait to pick up a 2019 Mazda.

On April 6,2019 my husband and I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. Andrew the sells guy was really nice and funny. Mitch in financing was amazing to work with! After a few days home with our new vehicle we noticed the right brake light was out which normally isn't a big deal however this was an LED brake light and when it goes you have to replace the whole housing unit which brand new costs $600 just for the part! My husband called Mitch and explained the situation knowing we wouldn't pass our Massachusetts state inspection with a brake light out. Mitch talked to the general manager on our behalf and called us back to tell us that they would cover the cost of the part! We understand that they are not legally obligated to pay for this so the fact that they are means so much to us. We went from feeling upset and discouraged to overjoyed and relieved with this level of service. After all this I feel 100% confident in saying it was a pleasure to do business with Rt. 9 Mazda and would recommend them to anyone knowing that they take care of their customers! Thanks again!

I bought a 2016 Mazda6 from here about a month ago. While driving the car around for about 20 days I realized issues with the back tires. I called Mazda and told them about my issue. Without questioning anything or setting up an appointment they told me to bring the car in and they would look at it. They realized what happened with the tires and without any argument or hesitation I had my car back within 2 hours, brand new tires on the back for no charge. They even shined and cleaned all 4 of my wheels and tires all around the car. I was beyond satisfied with the customer service here today and left with a smile on my face.

Great experience overall. I felt no pressure to buy- our salesperson Josh S.was fantastic. The closing/ financing process really was a breeze. I couldn't be happier, and feel I left with a great deal and no regrets.
