What a positive experience! I was having trouble with a piercing (not done there), and Tatiana was so helpful-she suggested a flat-backed earring which is much more comfortable. Great vibes at this studio! I highly recommend.

The beautiful studio has a large variety of stylish and sterile jewelry to choose from. This location offers the option to pierce with a needle or a hand-pressurized device. I opted for piercing with the device due to a quicker healing time (4 weeks), even though the flat back jewelry for needle piercings is truly exquisite.

The licensed nurse made me feel right at home and helped ease my nerves. She marked my piercing placement, to make sure I was completely satisfied, prior to piercing - which was surprisingly painless. Afterwards, she provided me with aftercare information and a kit to take home. I also got the advanced aftercare solution and ear pillow (since I am a side sleeper). I can’t wait to show off my new piercings! Thank you so much, Rowan!

This was a great place to get our daughter’s ears pierced. We brought our 3 month old in and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The receptionist was very kind and sweet then the piercer was super patient and thorough. We would come here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for piercings especially with small children

Tatiana was informative and gentle when piercing my ear. I got my mid helix pierced and absolutely love the turn out. Tatiana also provided lots of after care insight, along with a fun goodie bag to take home! I can’t wait to go back for my downsize.

My sister got her second piercings today at the Larchmont location, and had an incredible experience! Nurse Cindy made her feel comfortable, and made sure that her placement was to her liking. She was amazing! The store is adorable, and all of the employees are very nice! I will definitely be coming back to purchase earrings for not only myself but for friends and family. I am planning on getting a new piercing for myself in the coming weeks. This store is a great addition to the community that I see having a lot of success in the future. I highly recommend Hey Rowan!
