My experience with Rowe Plastic Surgery was fantastic. From the beginning the entire staff was extremely helpful and made the process go by smoothly. Their communication and follow up is superb. I just had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago and am elated with the results so far. Dr. Lisa Schneider made me feel at ease throughout and did an amazing job with my breast reduction. Thank you!

As a collegiate student athlete battling numerous shoulder and back injuries, not only from my sport but also from the weight of my breasts I knew I needed to take the next step in terms of pain management/ relief aside from my routine appointments with my chiropractor, massage therapist, and orthopedic surgeon. Being so young, it was intimidating to make such a major life changing decision and start the process of a mammoplasty (breast reduction). I knew this surgery would help me be able to move forward and recover from my injuries while simultaneously boosting my confidence. I started calling offices in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, etc to ensure I received the best care possible. However, the offices I called initially did not call me back, were not taking new patients, and did not even attempt to try insurance companies. I felt hopeless. Something that I felt was the only thing to help me relieve my pain and self consciousness was not going to happen until, I stumbled upon Rowe Plastic Surgery. I requested a call on their website and they called me soon after the request. The staff understood that I was young, lived two and a half hours away from the office, and that I needed help to move in the right direction. After that phone call, I was scheduled a video and in person consult with Dr. Charles Pierce. During the appointments, Dr. Pierce was very thorough and professional. He educated me on the different types of procedures he could do, what would best fit my individual needs, and made me feel comfortable. Both Dr. Pierce and his staff truly advocated for me as a patient when dealing with the insurance companies, understanding that I was young and scared, and also that I have a commitment to athletics at the collegiate level. In a short span of time, the staff scheduled my ideal surgery date and ensured that I was prepared for surgery. Eventually, the surgery date came around I was not scared. I knew that I was in good hands. Now that I am three months post op, I can proudly say that I am so lucky that I found Rowe Plastic Surgery, Dr. Pierce, and his staff. The work they did was absolutely seamless. My life has completely changed in such a positive way. As a collegiate athlete, I have been able to combat the injuries I sustained previously which I was not really able to do before the surgery. Now when I part take in my sport I am able to enjoy it and elevate my skills and talents to the next level which is something I never thought I could achieve. As a 21 year old woman, I finally feel comfortable in my clothes and have found a new sense of confidence and do not have limits placed on what I can wear. I find myself being able to indulge in more exciting adventures and activities and truly enjoy them which I felt I couldn’t do before. I just wanted to give a special thank you to Dr. Pierce, Lisa Lodestro, Caitlin Cleary-Lynch PA-C, Allison RN, and Dawn for their kindness, generosity, patient care, and communication. You all have changed my life for the better and I cannot thank you enough. If you are considering getting plastic surgery do not hesitate or look any further, Rowe Plastic Surgery is the place for you.

I wish this gave more options of stars, because my experience with Dr. Pierce and his staff is more than amazing! I had surgery last week and I am so happy with my results so far. When they see me each visit, they get to know me a person, not just a patient. I recommend Dr. Peirce, for an amazing journey before, during, and after your procedure needs. If I need anything else done, Dr. Pierce and his staff will be the ones to do it for me, because they have become family with no judgment! They even recommended hotel for my stay before my surgery, because I have to drive an hour and a half to get to the office. I RECOMMEND ROWE PLASTIC SURGERY! If you haven't spoken to Dawn, Ema, Aly, Tatiana, or Brooke, you will! These ladies are great!

My 10 year old son had a deep gash in his forehead after getting hit in the head by a metal bat. We called Dr. Pierce’s office and got the messaging services as it was later in the evening. We were connected to Michele who was so helpful. She immediately got in touch with Dr. Pierce and helped us coordinate the doctor meeting us at the emergency room at the local hospital. She made a chaotic situation completely smooth and simple. Dr Pierce was amazing. Made our son feel super comfortable and safe. Walked him through every step of the 6 stitches he received. We are grateful to Michele and Dr Pierce for taking such good care of us and our son.

I visited Rowe Plastic Surgery to get a full syringe of lip filler. I could not be more happy with the results. My injector was Brooke Griggs and she did such an incredible job at fixing the symmetry of my lips and giving me a noticeable plump. She was great at listening to my desires and concerns. I still look like myself, and my lips do not look too big. I will definitely be back!

I first noticed huge ads of Rowe Plastic Surgery on billboards on
interstate I-95. As my first attempt to schedule surgery with a Penn surgeon failed, I thought why not try Rowe? Immediately I felt I was in good hands. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Something we rarely see these days.
The post-surgery is painful and in my experience it took a good 3 weeks to recover. But was so worth it. It is a life changer.
I will recommend Dr. Pierce in a heartbeat. I call him the Magician!:) Thanks to all at Rowe. You are the best!

Dr. Rowe and all his support staff are absolutely the best. He spent time, giving me all the information necessary to make an informed decision. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is also very kind and caring.

I was very happy with my service at Rowe plastic surgery. Staff was very professional and my provider Besiana went above and beyond. She was so informative, caring and very professional. She answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable.

They are very quick to try and get you onboard and fill you full of lies. They make you send pics do they can see if your body fits requirements for insurance coverage and they determined I wasn’t a candidate and tried to charge me 500$ for a free consultation. They are all about the money. I really felt betrayed because I really did feel they were looking out for my best interest but they only cared about money. SCAM PROFESSIONALS! I’m a web designer and I’m going to really put them to the stress test if they try to extort me.

I give them 5 star. Have a very friendly staff, and Sergio Perez is a great plastic surgeon. I will always continue to refer clients to them.they are awesome.

Brooke did my lip filler and she did amazing! It was painless and healed within 3 days! My lips looked super natural and plump. Exactly what I wanted! 10/10 recommended.

I saw Brooke for my first time getting lip fillers, and she made my experience 10/10. Going into the consultation, I had no idea what my lips needed and Brooke suggested I start with half of a syringe and a lip flip based on my natural lip shape. I love how she didn't suggest anything crazy, and really listened to my concerns to keep my lips looking natural. They turned out exactly how I wanted them to look! The procedure was quick, easy and everyone in the office was so nice and friendly:) I'll definitely be back!

I had the most amazing experience at Rowe plastic surgery in NYC. It was my first time getting my lips done and I saw PA Brooke. She took the best care of me when I started to feel nervous and slightly queasy during the procedure and we finished strong! I am beyond happy with my results and will definitely be booking more appointments with Rowe in the future:)
