When our Mom's health was rapidly failing and we placed her in Comfort Care we decided to prearrange her services. We chose the Roy L. Gilmore Funeral Home, because we had my sister's services there in 1999. We made a sound choice, a decision that made my Mother's transition a bit smoother if you can say that.
From the day we sat down with Tommara to make the Pre need arrangements and then the At-need arrangements we were very satisfied. They explained everything, included a checklist for us to follow and helped giving suggestions with the printing of the prayer card and the program. From the Security at the door to the folks handling the business upstairs including the Funeral Director Tiffani Smith who assisted us during the service showed kindness, caring and professionalism. Our family and friends who were in attendance at the service, said we did a beautiful job in selecting the Roy L. Gilmore Funeral Home. Their customer service is awesome. We thank them for being there for us in our time of need.
