Driver overcharges if he doesn't like destination.
Even when things are good they Regularly charge $20 over uber prices for trips of any distance.

I called for a cab today the base tells me my ride is $20 when the driver gets here he trys to charge me more then the driver kicks me out the car saying if you dont want to pay get out of the car i call the base to let them know how i was treated and the dispatcher starts to get rude also saying i cnt control the drivers which i understand but get better employees because to feel harassed early in the morning is not a good feeling

Right now I'm one of those wish they had Zero stars people. I called for a cab, who told me to ask the price, he cursed at me and hung up.welcome to the neighborhood

The male operator is very rude i am sitting at the social worker waiting area at the hospital it was for a person that had a schedule ride after a procedure thy had referred this car service when I told him sir you are very rude to speak to me like that he started cursing.

The guy dispatcher is straight up nasty and rude, should he fired immediately cursing us on the phone because we asked for a price.

They dispatcher is very rude, hang the phone up on customer, , they over charging price to customer, very haggesh behavior, with drivers and dispatchers, someone need to report them to the authorities no customer service, nasty behavior a service like this should not be allowed to serve customer in America whos putting money in the there pocket,

According to the dispatcher is that long as you’re carrying groceries and other items, you must pay extra on all fears this is the only taxi service I know that does this and some of the driver say the same thing too
