Royal Car Wash - Greece, NY

Too many customers.no access to vacuums all weekend.team there forgets to move cones for side exit, even after the mad rush is over.close early all the time 5 to 15 minutes.and now mechanical problems or they just close really early now. At least keep vacs open or let customers change their service.ive been trying to cancel mine

Bad car wash. Was still dirty and had salt still on it. For 12.00 they should do a better job. I won't be back.

I have the Royal membership and love my car washed almost daily I go and get my car washed with the wax and all.
The line isn't bad most days.

Cheaper than Delta Sonic, free vacuums with the monthly pass. They don't towel dry though, wash doesn't get the car as clean and all the bugs off as good as Delta Sonic. Overall pretty good though and faster/ less wait than Delta Sonic

Nice and convenient way to wash your cars but a lil expensive they have different monthly plans this location is better then we have in Henrietta, at this location you can enjoy self vacuum service to clean your car inside

Great place for a great car wash & they have free vacuums to clean your car. They seem like they want you to be a happy & return customer & I’ll be going back. Like the one in Greece the best!

Always fast and efficient. Bring a towel or cloth to wipe down any water left over that air drying doesn't get. I bring my truck multiple times a week.

Had to have tailgate repainted from the massive amount of horizontal scratches. Had to tell inattentive employees not to brush the tailgate which became a hassle at each visit until cancelling.

They do an ok job of washing the vehicles but the last three times I've gone they have been shut down due to problems. The kid was rude when I asked why they're shut down so much. He said "Because all you guys are getting your cars washed all the time. We have ice build up on the conveyor. ". Well I pay to have my car washed "all the time". They're becoming very inconvenient.

My new favorite car wash however the parking lot is very poorly designed. You have to fight to get in and out.

The service is great and they Always have the biggest smiles. That's worth going back. Every time.

Best place to get your car washed PERIOD! Royal car wash has been my GO-TO place for the last 2 years. I have a unlimited wash pass with them and it’s perfect. Gets my car super clean every time with no problems. They use the best products which is Simonz! It’s fantastic! I added some pictures of my car after the Royal Plus wash

This place is EASY FAST QUICK. I cant explain how awesome it is. I worry that Delta Sonic folks will start coming and making the small car wash facilities more packed. That is my only concern. But for now I cant complain. Best part is not having to tip, the dry wash chemical does a decent job with drying.
