3 It is a sad day for me I'm giving not a big rating it would be five stars but sadly the leasing person is leaving, Leah Broughton will be leaving us October 14th & when I say us I mean the tenants she's a sweet gal and a very dear person and she will be so so so missed it's got me so sad
There is reason for me to still have joy, Dilcia Sanchez is remaining and that brings a smile and joy to my heart though my heart breaks because Leah is leaving with Dilcia while my heart is broken for leo's departure this young lady will put a smile on your face and make you feel really good inside my best wishes to Leah Broughton and I hope she'll keep in touch and Dilcia keep smiling sweetie
And yes with any apartment complex there are issues to be sure but Dilcia is right on top of things believe me this young lady is on a hell of a lot better than Jennifer Martin was because Jennifer Martin was a sneaky manipulative person and Dilcia is a wonderful ray of sunshine Leah is a wonderful ray of sunshine as well sad to see her leave I wish she would stay which the owners of this complex would offer her something over her raise a big incentive or both to keep her here her smile her beauty and her charm will be missed around here Dilcia will still be here with her beauty smile and charm but the two of them made my day complete because I saw their lovely smiles every chance I got. George Sinzer, tenant since 2020 & these 2 ladies are to me a friend indeed.
I want to thank Leah for helping me to transition into my apartment here at Royal Cove I appreciate the time that she took get me settled into this new chapter of my life it is saddening that Leah would no longer be with us. Leah took time and effort to convince me that this was the right move for me definitely forever grateful for your patience with me. She will be missed and I wouldn’t have moved here without her pleasant energy.
Great Staff. Dilcia and Leah are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great Communication. Great place to live. They care about their tenants.
