Royal Family Restaurant, Kenmore NY

I have eaten at Royal many times over the years, but it seems like they no longer care about the quality of the food that leaves the restaurant. I ordered an omelet, toast and home fries to go, and every part of the order was wrong—including the bill! I don't want to have to open every container and check the order before I leave the restaurant. There are plenty of other places to order food.

Been a customer here for 25 yrs. The atmosphere is friendly and the decor is beautiful. Alex greets everyone, like they are her closest friends, and makes this a special place!

The food here is always great. Service is friendly and always quick. The restaurant is bright and clean. Really great place for classic Greek diner food.

Why do they never - not once - get my called in to go orders right?

called in order: - 3 (Three) eggs sunny side up, rye toast, homefries w onions and peppers cooked in.mentioned THREE eggs twice

what i got: - 2 over hard eggs (yolk cooked hard) rye toast and homefries with a side of peppers and onion thrown on top

cost: 12 bucks - paid $20 tipped 8 bucks.

Great daily breakfast specials at prices from bygone times. Great outdoor summer seating. Most efficient and attentive Service. How can you go wrong with that?

Loved it! The only reason I don't give them a 5 is because the eggs Benedict didn't have hollandaise sauce and the coffee was bad. That said everything else was awesome. Great service, clean, awesome staff. Great portions! Loved the pancakes! The food was great! Do not go to the restaurant across the street.

Inferior to average food here, waitresses will tell you to not order specials, they know the chili is old hamburger meat for instance.owner and his friends play cards and tournaments in other room and his family slaves as managers and dessert makers. Great place at 2 a.m. And no where else is open.

My original review was removed so here it is again. Walked in, was greeted with an attitude. We were told to sit down anywhere. We sat outside and waited. We waited almost an hour as multiple servers walked passed us. Many of them were too busy socializing with each other to acknowledge us. We ended up walking out.

Went there Friday night for a fish fryAnd it was $18And the fish was super small and they gave you one side and that was I'll Never go there again

Ordered open souvlaki and an omelette. Good souvlaki for around this area. Omelette was ok. Would come again though for sure

OVER CHARGED! The food was good but they over charged you for onions and peppers.it cost 2dollars extra and it dont even cost that if you was to buy it from the grocery store.its not a place to go if you want any veggies added to your meal. A COMPLETE RIP OFF!

Great friendly place with large selection of food, very accommodating wait staff. Easy parking. Nice garden room with glass ceiling.

Food and service was excellent. The breakfast/ omelets are always really good here. My family also have eaten here for lunch and dinner and the food has always been excellent with no complaints. The workers are very polite and treat you like family.

Best breakfast I've had for a while. Everything we had was incredible and the portions were huge. House made corned beef hash. Amazing banana bread French toast. Enormous omelets. Home fries (pay the couple extra cents for the peppers and onions!). Everything was cooked perfectly. I ordered eggs over medium and they came EXACTLY right. I wish I lived closer to this place, and will go out of my way to come here anytime I'm remotely close.

I really love this place. I’ve been coming here since maybe 2015 not everyday but it’s my favorite breakfast spot especially when they were open 24 hours.
French toast is awesome

The sizes of these plates are huge
The gyro sandwich is great and huge I won’t even share a bite …
I actually drive from Niagara Falls now to visit this wonderful spot and don’t ever regret the drive
