6 Edit: after having seen the review, the owner reached out and came over on the weekend to make things right. I know people are short-staffed and it's a busy time of year, but appreciate him recognizing that communication was what we were looking for, even if it was just to say we can't get out there for a few weeks. Still no answers as to why our pool heater isn't working, but we appreciate them taking a look and working on it.
Orginal review: We are on day 3, moving into day 4, of being told we'd be called back today to fix our pool heater. Still no returned calls and no one coming out (though they did say someone was in our area). We have a warranty with them so are at their mercy. Please don't say "we will call you today/tomorrow" if that isn't the case.
The team was very patient with our needs and they explained the way they would install the pool if they owned the property while also incorporating feedback from us. Fiberglass is the way to go in CNY. Royal Fiberglass Pools of NY are the people to do it.
I'd give half a stare because of the harassment they give me all the time and I give him a half a star
The pool installation crew is awesome! They did a great job and were great to work with. However, the customer service at the location and maintenance department is pretty awful - always feel like I am inconveniencing them for calling or asking questions or for help. They always take down a message and say they will get back to me and never do - it is super frustrating, and have put a really bad taste in our mouth with the company after the initial installation. I think this is the first time I have ever left a review about a company, not someone to normally do this, but it really has been frustrating after the install.
Twice last year and once this year called about losing water in my pool Was deferred to the bucket test. Called again and non reply Called Cannon Pools and was directed to someone that immediately remedied my situation Kudos to them
