I had the event of a engine light warning on my 2016 Escape for no real apparent reason. None of the symptoms that the literature describes were evident in my car. Todd and technicians welcomed me into the service department and told me not to worry, they had this. After careful diagnosis of the situation, it was determined that what I needed was a new purge valve. The part was in stock, and the job was done in about 2 1/2 hours once in the shop for the work. Very much appreciated for the promptness and attention. Great to have my car back in tip top shape and running like a Rolex again. Thanks so much to everyone who had a hand in fixing my car!

The Service department always tries to go above and beyond to accommodate special circumstances. I had to schedule 3 vehicles for different reasons. 1 oil change/tire rotation, 1 inspection and 1 emergency. Service was very pleasant and we came up with a schedule that worked for both of us. Poor experience getting service done at this location. Didn't listen to what I told them was needed and they spent extra time to discover the issue (which was what I told them was wrong). I was charged excessive service and labor fees to diagnose and fix
the problem which could have been avoided. Do not recommend.
