Mike Howell and manager Chris were amazing for my experience. They went all out for me, and that makes me likely to return again and again. Royal is wonderful every time I am there. I recommend them to a lot of people.

Stacy in service did a great job to accommodate my every need. She went above and beyond and made the experience so much better, especially after being without my car for 2 months due to an accident. Stacy is a very valuable asset and resource to the Royal Nissan Subaru family. Great service.

I walked in at 9am on a Monday where John greeted me and helped me out. Being a younger buyer (26), I was very thankful that John didn't treat me like a little kid or try to take advantage of me. He treated me as a customer the entire time. He listened to my needs/wants along with my budget and put me into a car that I desperately needed at a great price. The buying process was extremely transparent and Royal Subaru did a great job at making this deal happen. I worked with Chris and Michele as well, also extremely professional. Thank you!

I had a poor experience at a Syracuse Subaru dealership and figured I would drive South and check out Royal Subaru and see what they had to offer! John May my Salesperson was beyond exceptional! He is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, and made the leasing process a piece of cake for my uncle! Overall, the entire staff at Royal Subaru were awesome, and the donuts were the icing on the cake! Ask for John May you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love Royal Subaru! I have gone there for all my car needs. I drive all the way from Syracuse just because they’re the best and have always treated me well! I got a new car last weekend and my car shopping experience was so smooth and professional. My salesman John was excellent! He took the time to go over all my questions and options. He was polite and was not pushy. 10/10 recommend working with him for your next vehicle! Michelle in finance was so friendly and patient with me. Car buying can be stressful sometimes and she certainly helped my experience not be stressful! Also-The lobby’s are so clean, spacious and pretty. Whether it’s waiting for paperwork or a service visit-you’ll be sure to be taken care of and feel comfortable.

I purchased a 2017 Titan XD a couple of weeks ago. I found that Sirius XM continually cut out at the slightest obstacle such a a single tree. I traded in a 2012 Toyota Tundra that had Sirius XM and it never cut out in these spots, as well as my wife's Subaru (purchased a Royal), Obviously, the antenna is not up to par. Service says there is nothing wrong with it. While Stacy did her best to help me the service department was obstinate. It was my intention to utilize the Nissan service department for my new truck, but unless I can get this resolved, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Hassle-free car buying experience from the sales staff to the financing person. They were very accommodating to my wife and I over a period of a week that it took us to decide. They work well as a team, and that helped us to decide to take our vehicles there for service after the sale as well. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more highly.

They charged me for new parts and didn't put them in the truck? 5499.00 for bad job. Timing chain and gears is what I had done and it broke again within eight thousand miles?

About a year ago I purchased my warranty extension from Royal (although I bought my Subaru elsewhere). Chase from financing made a very reasonable offer, and certainly the best quote I got while checking all Subaru dealerships within a 200 miles radius. This morning purchasing that warranty paid for itself having my AC repaired. They have my vote for my next Subaru.

They've been servicing my vehicle for almost a year now, and I couldn't be more please with the service that they provide. Customer service is always number one to me, and Royal Nissan Subaru believes that too!
