Royal Park Apartments And Heritage Commons, Niagara Falls NY

I'm a snob LOL. I went from a five bedroom three bath house to moving into the Royal Park apartments. I can't say enough how happy I am living here. I made the right decision and I couldn't live in a better place. I truly mean it.the amount of money they charge for rent it's actually lower than most and the fact that they have brand new appliances and brand new everything when you move in you cannot find that. Summertime The Grass is always cut like every other day.when it's snowing there's always a plow truck. I'm only speaking for Royal Park apartments in Niagara Falls but oh my God. I spoke directly with the owner.he truly cares. I would 1,000% recommend this place why do you think it's so hard to get in here because the owner cares.one last thing I want to say.if you are happy living here.please post a review and tell the positive.

Dangerous place to be. Burglary. Police lock down for hours. Shots fired (at police). Million mice march during there migration season. And overful dumpsters attract them close to the apartments, then they find their way in. Although they did send an exterminator to put down traps, but didn't maintain them. Poorly skilled maintenance personnel.

The best affordable apartments I've ever seen, each apartment is huge, very clean and super quiet, grounds are well kept and the location is perfect for everything you need like grocery stores, mall, banks and restaurants
