Lisa (owner) & Steph (stylist) are AMAZING! Lisa is so sweet and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and going out of her way to make things work. Steph gives the fastest & best blowouts of all time. Whenever I have a special event, I make sure to come to RPZL. Also the location in the plaza feels so fun and luxe:) Can't say enough amazing things about the people, services and overall experience at RPZL. Truly feels like a family!

Wow what a great experience, product, and ambience! Totally top notch service! Stephanie did my extensions and the amount of knowledge and charisma she maintains is beyond belief! I bought 2 pony tails with GMA deals and steals, it was a back order, took over the month to get them, send it back as unfortunately wasn’t matching my hair color, I didn’t even take them out of the bags they sent it in, never saw my money back, no response to my emails. Be aware

I have been to many salons in my life, and honestly, have never had one that inspired loyalty. But RPZL changed all that. It's the only place I have gone for extensions for about 5 years now and that's never going to change. I also love their blowouts!

Really love the salon experience at The Plaza. They know how to blowdry curly hair and recommend the best extensions for hair that curls in warm weather. I also ordered from their site when I was traveling and loved the free color matching they offer.

RPZL is incredible! Located on the second floor of the iconic Plaza Hotel, I felt like I was getting the royal treatment the second I walked in! They have it all, from hair extensions on site to the very best blow out that lasted for days! The staff and stylists have been consistently professional and at the top of their game! I also love you can schedule online making it so easy with my hectic travel schedule. This place is a treasure in the heart of NY!

Best hair extensions ive ever used - ive done tape in and the clip ins and both are super high quality and look so natural.they have a ton of diff colors to choose from so they match perfectly.get your hair done by steph she is the absolute best.only person i trust with my hair!

This is the only place I trust for my extensions! I have fine hair and have tried both the tape extensions and beaded wefts for years, both of which caused no damage thanks to Stephanie! All of the stylists are very educated on the products they sell and I love that they take the time to explain the process and best ways to maintain to keep your hair in is best shape. Quality can get pricey, but I have to say, this is one of the most reasonably priced salons in Manhattan for the services you are receiving. I will continue to remain a loyal customer of RPZL… no one else will be touching this head!:)

Bought hair from the today show steals and deals. It took forever to come. Never was told that with the synthetic hair it does not curl or you can’t style and the clips are attached to the hair very bad they are falling off and they will not return if you touch the hair. Do not order from here. It better to pay a little more to get quality hair!
