I suppose it was my fault for saying “do whatever you need to to get it working” before getting charged $741 to unclog a drain.

I specifically requested Jackii and got him to visit the next day. His work was good, but wow was it expensive!

I have to say thank you to the plumbers who came! They were professional and so nice! They helped me big time!

I had written about Miguel Aca on an earlier review-5/5 for replacing my Toto toilet. I also wanted to thank Andres for the exceptional job he did for me over the past week, replacing my kitchen faucet and then my outdated garbage disposal. 5/5 for both of your outstanding employees! Great job!

They charged my single female cousin over. Seven (7) Thousand (, 000) dollars ($) to jet a line. Not dig it up and replace it, jeeeeettt ittt. Move on fast.

The two guys that serviced my backyard drain seemed knowledgeable and explained everything that they did. I was able to see in the camera some of what is swirling in the pipes outbound. I hope we can stay clear for a good while!

In an emergency while my basement was flooding, I paid a LOT extra for a "jet" and for the camera inspection of my pipe. The technician ended up snaking out the clog (good) but I don't think the camera work ever happened and who knows about the so-called water-jetting. (bad). I asked why I hadn't been able to see it, or why there wasn't a recording, and he said "oh, that needs to be asked for when we start and it costs extra. " huh? But he said he saw everything on the camera and it was "all good. " He was practically driving away as he said it. Hmm.

Two other plumbers giving me later estimates both said that the condition and placement of my (very) old main trap would make using the camera impossible. One of them was a senior guy from the same Roto-rooter (!), but he didn't know that the other guy claimed to have used the camera several days before.

I'm pretty sure I was lied to and scammed, all for an extra $600+. At least my drain issue was unclogged, but it's not good business to leave people feeling like they've been cheated (in the middle of an emergency, no less).

Quick and responsive service. Called at 1: 30 pm basement mainline backup and they came by 4pm and fixed the problem by 5pm. Walter even offered preventive measure and trick we can do at home for free future.

Alex was our technician - he was fantastic. He explained what the problem might be, things to look out for moving forward, and a few tips with our other drain-connected appliances as well.

While working he walked us through what he was doing, was very informative, and was very clean (and delicate in a small space.)

We would absolutely recommend him!

The gentlemen, were good. Now once it rains I will be able to say the work is definitely successful.

Alex was super helpful. We had a leak within our wall and within a few hours he was able to solve the mystery and fix the issue.
