Ruby Happy Nails, Bethpage NY

I have been going here for 7 years on and off. I make an appointment every time and i end up waiting. I waited 45 minutes while anna worked on another client from start to finish.have no consideration for others time at all.my nails chipped after 2 days got a powder gel.i came back and MADE APPOINTMENT TO SIT FOR 45 minutes.she gave me an attitude and had the nerve to say what did i do to make my nails chip.the woman she was working on asked do you want to help her? In front of her and everyone she said No! They have zero respect for me the way they treated me.they don’t even call me by my name and i know they know me i’ve been going there years.i also went there a few months ago again made an appointment they were working on 3 teenagers, they had me soak my nails, and sat in the corner for half hour while the acetone burning my skin off, still didn’t work on me.just tell me to come back,? They are money hungry.i walked out that time.i will not be coming back.apparent the new owner thinks who she is too.she doesn’t work on clients.sits in the counter and doesn’t even greet people.

These ladies work through their daily struggles (imagine you not being able to move because your back doesn't allow you too) these ladies.are a team.support each other.have minimal turnover as employees.trust that they want to make you feel beautiful but are human too. If you want genuine care.this is the place. Remember a $5 tip for 2 hours work is just disrespectful. If you're not willing to take care of these ladies due to your own issues or constraints go somewhere else. They embrace family they care. And if you don't have CARE move on.

This salon is amazing. The nail techs are very talented (I love YuYu!). They really take the time to work with you and the manager is always very accommodating. Definitely recommend this spot.

Came in for a wax and ended up getting burnt. The girl working there named Tina was super aggressive and rude she seem to be in such a bad mood. Whatever was going on she was taking it on me. Super upset how bad my lip now looks and hurt.

Good quality Yuyu is very talented and does very well at mani/pedis I usually drive 10-15 mins away from my house just to see Yuyu! I recommend making an appointment because they can get very busy but I suggest people go there. This time I went Jessica did my mani/pedi pic down below

I called to make an appointment to make sure we won’t be waiting… it was a mommy kids afternoon… still we waited almost half an hour. Also the details on the nails (Halloween themed) was quite poor. It wasn’t the first time with the waiting time.

Lucy is amazing. She always gives me the perfect fill in. The salon is also very clean. She is a very sweet lady.
