The ladies at Ruby Nails are the best! The are kind and do such a great job because they take their time and never rush to get to the next customer. The salon is immaculate and quiet which is a nice change from other nail salons!

I went there for a quick nail repair because I broke a nail and I had a party later that night. I figured in just a few minutes, she would put a tip on it, apply the gel, polish it and I’d be on my way. I even found the exact same nail color. Instead, she created a nail out of gel, and it looked totally warped and oddly shaped. So instead of taking just a few minutes, I was in there for over a half an hour for one nail. The tech was friendly, but the one sitting next to her was giving me weird looks and her energy was kind of negative. I don’t recommend based on my experience.

I got a regular mani/pedi at this salon. Since I’m new to my area, I go to different salons to get a sense of where I will settle as my regular salon. While I can honestly say the place is clean and parking is ample, I was not very impressed with the staff. The nail technician wasn’t super friendly. I chose a color for my toes and told her the color I wanted for my fingers (a color I get every time I get my nails done). Without even a hesitation she said, “That color no good on your nail. ” She was implying there were dark spots on my nails (true) that would bleed through. She said I need a pink color. I don’t want or like pink. Anyway, I told her I just took off that color and it was fine. So she did my toes with the color I picked out and then she pulled the other color that I asked for from the back. She seemed to race through the manicure - she used the color I asked for, but it didn’t look like the same color I had just taken off my nails that morning. It looked like a watered down version of the same color. In other salons, two coats would have done the trick and looked on my nails like the color in the bottle. She put two coats on and it looked like she barely put on one single coat. I’m a very easy going person, but I’m not stupid. It’s the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my adult life. Perhaps she was annoyed that I didn’t agree with her observation or because I wasn’t getting gel or some super expensive manicure, that she would pull the wool over my eyes with this watered down version of a polish I get all the time. Well, before I left the salon I erased their number out of my contacts because that was the last time I will ever go there. I would never tell someone not to try them, we all have different experiences and this was mine.

They charge $45 for a gel pedicure but basically soak your feet for 5 min.and give you a quick polish. Totally not worth it. Better off getting a regular pedicure and then buying gel
Polish. Rip off

Took my daughter here for her first mani/pedi. All they did was paint her nails and give a little lotion on her feet. Not very special or exciting. As for me, the next day I had 2 extremely painful infections where they cut my cuticles. My nails also already chipped 3 days later.
