A great car-buying experience. I was prepared to look at a new Ford EcoSport and they offered me that one plus the dealership vehicle used by the dealers and test-drives. I bought it, which saved me thousands and offered a thorough warranty.

I was searching for a great deal on a brand new car and stumbled across an Escape that was nearly $7,000 off the sticker price. I emailed the dealer and was told it's the end of the month, it's memorial day weekend, and the 2020's are coming in so let's make a deal. The price was real, it wasn't one of the classic dealer you have to be a circus performer, military police office with a current lease person with a $3000 down payment. (Torrington Hyundai please take notice this is how it's done, real prices). I showed up and we made a deal that landed me almost $8,000 off MSRP. What a deal on a fully loaded Escape! Great service by all at the dealer as well! Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great job!

Ruge's Ford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport there. Our salesman, Jorge, was excellent! He took the time to explain all of my options and went over everything that was involved in the purchase. My Bronco arrived at Ruge's earlier than expected. Jorge called me right up and arranged for me to pick it up that day. He then went over the entire car, showing me all the options and how they worked. The financial manager, Will, was just as accommodating. He sat with me and went over all the paper work and explained it to me step by step. These two make a wonderful team! And they are fun! I would recommend Ruge's Ford to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. They are awesome!

We purchased a 22 Ford Bronco Sport - Outer Banks and it was the single best experience I have had buying a vehicle from a dealer. Excellent sales and finance staff, no pressure, friendly and professional. No scams, just straight to the point.

I would recommend this dealership with the recent service visit I experienced. The team there was very friendly and I was impressed how quickly my car had been serviced. I do not take my mustang to just any shop to have it serviced and I will have my car serviced at Ruges in the future.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated there. I had a slow leak in the tire that they fixed. It was so quick and easy! The staff was so sweet and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

Jorge was a pleasure to deal with at Ruges Ford. This was the fastest and easiest new car transaction I have ever had and I have bought many new cars over the years. Would it hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Had repairs done to my 2013 F150 V6 3.5 ecoboost in January of this year. I brought my truck in for several oil leaks. Ruge’s was able to identify and resolve the issues with my truck. Ruge’s replaced one of the turbos, several lines, hoses and several seals to the engine and transmission. Ruge’s guarantees all their work, and I was able to put that to the test. My truck was in for some major work and when I got it back, I had a leak coming from one of the seals. Ruge’s towed my truck back to the shop and replaced the seal that end up failing. While they replaced the seal, Ruge’s made me feel very comfortable and gave me a loaner vehicle for free while they fixed the issue. My parts have a 2-year warranty. Overall, I had a great experience and would like to thank Jason for correcting any issues I had and thank you Lynne for calming me down when I started feeling insecure and talking me through the process and getting the answers to my questions, and John for listening to me and resolving any misunderstandings I had. I am not a mechanic and had a lot of questions. This team made me walk out of the doors a satisfied customer and I would recommend them for anyone who needs mechanical work done.
