I look forward to my appointment each time. Mickenzie does a wonderful job with my color and cut. She knows exactly what color and style looks best on me.
It's so nice and relaxing to be pampered and worth the price to look fabulous!

Very friendly atmosphere all around. I have gotten my hair done here numerous times by Emily and could not be happier. Very well managed salon with upbeat personalities. I really enjoyed working with Krista the financial director as well! She is very professional and very welcoming.

Lauren is the best stylist and color expert hands down. I live in Boston and still love to stop in to see her when I'm back in the area. She's amazing, as are all of the support team members at Rumors.

Robert and McKenzie are fantastic! They are professional, make the effort to get to know you, and make you feel fabulous while you are at the salon.

I have tried several Spas in there area, BUT, I am now a Rumors Girl. They are the most Courteous, Friendliness, Caring employees I have ever met.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. EXTREMELY rude staff, I think I saw a bug crawling on the floor as my hair was under the dryer. Extremely unprofessional - manager Kelsey was discussing her weekend of going out and doing cocaine at the counter- and over priced. Would not recommend to my WORST enemy!

Took my daughter for prom hair and makeup appointment. Staff was great helping her decide on the look she wanted and did a great job.

This is an over expensive place with mediocre quality. The only services that haven't been inconsistent are manicure and pedicure, because in other services, depending on your luck of the draw as to who is helping you, the quality ranges from careless to could-not-care-less to sometimes decent. There are almost always charges that are a surprise, for instance a blow dry with color, that other salons provide for free. I'd be skipping them after a series of unsatisfactory visits.

My experience has been nothing but fabulous every single time! Kimmy is amazing and I always feel like a new person when I walk out of there. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Rumors and Kimmy!

My boyfriend surprised me with a massage and pedicure for my birthday at Rumors! I had no idea what he had scheduled for me and from the moment I arrived, I was in heaven! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was treated like royalty by the staff! Very profession and great at what they do! I will definitely be returning!

I get my facials done by Chloe. She's fantastic. My skin always feels refreshed, soft and supple.
