Russell's Steaks, Chops, & More, Williamsville NY

Russell's was very exclusive and inviting when you walk through the doors! My husband and I ate dinner there and stayed overnight. Dinner was delicious, not mentioned how professional the wait staff were, they were very attentive and professional. The suite that we stayed in was clean and very well decorated, we had a great view of the beautiful Christmas Decor that dawned the parking lot of Salvatore's. This was our second stay at this exclusive Hotel for our anniversary and hope to make it put annual getaway!

It was my first time @ Russells. It is now my absolute favorite restaurant. The food, service atmosphere was exceptional! Highly recommed

On 11/26/21 paid 400.00 for a grand suite. We noticed a roach crawling on the wall took pictures and a video. Mr. Russel came to the room and advise that roaches are in a group you will never see 1 roach then say maybe when you opened the window open the window? The window don't even open. No credit towards the room, no offer of a dinner no nothing. Please think twice before staying here. I would not put any more of my feelings into this post just know I would never suggest this business.

Stopped at the bar before close! The bartenders are so sweet and fun to chat with! They make a great drink! Felt welcomed and look forward to coming back for another anniversary!

Honest very upset that this promo deal was made for cyber Monday and those sales go from midnight to midnight yet I cannot get what I wanted due to someone else getting there before me and it’s still cyber Monday. A sale shouldn’t be promoted a certain way if it’s not actually going to be valid the entire day. There should have been a limit total not per person but for the hotel to allow. I now know to look elsewhere from now on if I want to enjoy a fancy night outZ

Wanted a special place for Moms birthday. Russell's really fit the bill in a big way. Good food and great service. Russell personally greeted us. What a great man!

OUTSTANDING! We arranged a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for our friends and were absolutely thrilled with the experience! Every request was met with stellar execution. Alec was the most attentive waiter we could have asked for. The food, the wine, the dessert and the engaging conversation with Alec was perfect. Russell’s helped us create a very memorable evening.

We finally got a chance to celebrate the next new chapter in my wife's life properly. We had an amazing meal with the best service I have ever experienced at a resturant. I would definately Put Russell's Steakhouse on your list.

Excellent service, our waiter was incredible and the food was amazing. We went for our anniversary and they gave us our cheesecake with "happy anniversary" written on the plate. The atmosphere is wonderful, if you're dressed nicer than others then you're seated in a classier section so you can enjoy fancy dinner without being surrounded by people in jeans and baseball caps.
