Russo's On The Bay, Queens NY

Having our wedding at Russo's on the Bay was the only venue choice for us. Our day could not have been more perfect and stress free thanks to Frank Russo and his entire staff. They are extremely organized and have complete dedication to their clients! We had the most amazing and memorable wedding day and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for perfection. From the beginning planning stages to the very end, everything ran so smoothly. Attention to detail was their top priority, the food was simply delectable. Our guests had so much fun.they didn't want to leave, so we extended the party for another 30 minutes.not even little snowfall would keep our guests from attending! The Valentine's party was fabulous wood recommended It 2 anybody the lights to have a good time and a romantic time. Food was delicious and the people were great even the ones that we sat with. Definitely in our plan to do it next year they book up quick so make a reservation in advance

I love Russo's by the Bay. I have been here once before. I enjoy their cocktail hour with the diverse selection they provide. Dinner was outstanding as well. The staff was on point and outstanding at the job. Cannot wait until the next function there.

Venus is beautiful. Staff serving the food was rude. Well not all just 1 in particular. Short heavyset woman (white). There was no signs on the food and since I'm allergic to pork, after she put it on my plate, I informed her I don't eat it and she took it off my plate with an attitude. Like if she wanted a the establishment to have a lawsuit that's fine with me also. Next time put little signs indicating what you're serving thanks

I attended my ICB Men's breakfast there. Beautiful venue, plenty of professional staff workers. Not really friendly but professional.

I attend a New Year Day event here and I was so disappointed in this venue. The valet line was very long and took over 20min. Once we entered they had a very under staffed coat check that took another 25mins. I will say the food was very good and hot. After being in the event about an hour I noticed how wet the floors where, they where disgusting and no one made any effort to mop or clean them. I witnessed a woman fall flat on her back with flat shoes on due to how wet the floors where. Overall it was a Beautiful venue but the staff in the way things were ran was very unprofessional and not up to my normal standards I would not return to this venue for any event.

Visited here for a New Years Day Party! Party was good but didnt enjoy the food! Surprisingly the best thing was the popcorn!

The decor, ambiance, staff, and the food are ALL beyond exceptional. Everything from the moment we pulled up to the moment we were leaving was an amazing experience. Loved it

Ok so we just had my mom’s 70th bday celebration at Russo and from day one it was just so welcoming, Nick our Maître d’ was so on point with everything he was amazing The food was amazing omg I’m so happy we chose this venue. My mom had a wonderful time and she loved every detail ️ Thank you Russo‘s on the bay the most beautiful venue.

They really only cater to weddings for large productions performances they were not willing to include simple services like lights when paying for over 600 people. That to me is crazy.

The venue was beautiful, I would totally recommend this place to any of my clients and Friends, the food was delicious the service was excellent. Russo's on the bay created an amazing experience, for a middle of the week Christmas party.

Went to Russo's for a wedding definitely in the top 2 places i have been to for a wedding if not the best. Food was great. Staff was great venue was beautiful. Could go on and on about Russo's. I would highly recommend!

The brunch with Santa was a great time. Every aspect of Russo's is extremely impressive thanks to the staff who really put it over the top with their perfection and professionalism. Our lead server, Aliana, was there for us the entire time with a smile on her face and a high level of pride in her work. I look forward to next year!

An incredibly beautiful venue for any event, especially classy and formal dress up ones. The place is truly incredible. The ambiance breathtaking and offers a nice variety of catering options and rooms. You will always feel amazing being there and the staff are just so amazing and willing to make your time their memorable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great place to have a company or Personal party. The food is great. The place is beautifully decorated, designed and most importantly clean.

Amazing venue.my employer recently held a holiday party here and it was a great time. The food was great and the service they provided us was wonderful!

Had the holiday office party there. Food was great. DJ was awesome. Drinks were great. Wish they had more bartenders because the line would get long though. Or 2 bars open. Overall I had a great experience.

Carol was excellent. I had to plan a work event and she helped me all the way through. She answered my questions and put me at ease. I was able to send her emails which she promptly answered, great communication! I look forward to planning more events at this venue, the food was great and my guest has a great time.
