Rustic Pines was amazing to work with! As a wedding planner sometimes a little help from the venue goes a long way, and all of rustic pines staff was always asking if they could help and was so much fun to work with making the brides and grooms day amazing!

When the wedding planning started, I wasn’t sure what I wanted for a venue. That was until I stepped into the beauty of Rustic Pines. The minute I walked through those doors and met Steph, I knew that’s where our wedding was going to be. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, they treat you like family. Our overall experience was more than I ever imagined it to be! Stephanie’s knowledge and resources make the wedding planning process so much easier. Her passion to make sure your wedding is the most perfect day, shows from the moment you talk to her. Whenever I needed her, she was there; especially when I had an idea and she made it come to life. I will never be able to say thank you enough to the RP staff and Steph for everything they did for us. September 9,2023 will always be know as one of the best days of our lives.

Stephanie made it so stress free and enjoyable for me to plan everything for the wedding. I didn’t even have to buy any decorations for our day to look as special as it did! Her in stock inventory and her eye for the details made this day look and feel so incredible.

To all the staff we thank you for going the extra mile with our baby’s, from dancing with them, to exploring the trails, and making them feel special! Ohh and don’t get me started on the bartenders! They were rocking it all night long, with my favorite candy apple drink they made! Pure deliciousness

I would highly recommend Rustic Pines for all weddings and many other special events! Their venue doesn’t disappoint, and neither do the staff!

Where do I even begin with this review. Rustic Pines was the most magical venue to have the most amazing day of our lives celebrating our wedding. Steph and her team were beyond any expectation we could have had. The professionalism, the communication, the organization of this staff is something completely unmatched. Everything was handled so perfectly, with no stress on my end as the bride. From the moment of signing the contract to the days after the wedding, Steph and her team never wavered to make my husband and I a priority and make our day nothing less than perfect. Attended a wedding at this Beautiful Venue, it is amazing inside and outside! Attention to details is spot on. The Staff is super friendly, so helpful and very accommodating.

We absolutely LOVE this place & this staff! The owners were so helpful through out the entire wedding process, allowing for extra visits to the property prior to the wedding, sending an app that helps organize seating arrangements & anything else that came up along the way! They had our table arrangements set up for us when we arrived on the night of our rehearsal, parked cars in the pouring rain & even helped elder guests into the venue with an umbrella for coverage. The bar staff, bouncers & Gina were on top of their game keeping everybody happy & with a full glass! We had the best day/night here & can't thank Steph & John enough for the efforts they put into our day!

Rustic Pines is the hot spot for all events, from weddings and parties to Drag shows! Stephanie and her staff are all amazing and professional. Stephanie and her team go above and beyond to make sure their guests are as comfortable as possible. She also adds all the perfect touches to make sure you are having the best time possible. This facility was incredible. The building design and its construction materials were spacious, warm, and inviting to guests, making everyone comfortable, welcome and glad to be in such a spacious, inviting banquet hall.
