The past week or so I’ve been dealing with Jen and she has been so helpful. Any questions I’ve had she had all the knowledge. I’m thankful to have had the help from her.

Very helpful! It was a pleasure to be introduced into the world of RVs. The employee who was there to assist me was a young man named Zack. Zack is someone who you can tell knows their stuff and was able to relay information to me in a way that was concise and easy to understand. Zack was a gentleman and upon my return, I would request him to help me out again.

I agree with one of the prior reviews the sales team knows how to sell rv’s. Our story begins July 22nd We had a wonderful sales experience…. And that’s where it ended, when we went to pick up our new Jayco Northpoint it did not have any brakes, and we also paid for it to have an exterior shield put on it (they would have let us take the camper believing it had been done). We had to leave the camper to have the brakes fixed and the shield applied. At pickup the awning had 2 holes in it, we were told it would be replaced. We had the rv back in August for some other items and the new awning had not arrived, we were told it had to be installed within 10 days of arrival, my husband emailed multiple times and finally got an email it had arrived the day before (9/29) he emailed back to schedule a date and since then has called repeatedly and emailed with no response. He has had the call center put a ticket into service twice with no response. They put the call to service and it rings till the call disconnects. We have even had the help of the salesman but service does not respond. Our next step is to contact Jayco directly, maybe they can assist in getting Blue Compass Buffalo service to respond. We live 2hours away and would like to get the awning before winter begins.

The customer service was amazing. Zack was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity. He made me feel welcomed and made my day much better just interacting with him. Deciding on a RV and which one is incredibly stressful and he made me feel like I was in control and calm. Thank you Blue Compass and Zack!

BUYER BEWARE: We made the mistake of doing business with this company. If you are thinking about dealing with them make sure you read all of the reviews beforehand.

The sales team knows how to sell RV's. We found the model we wanted at the right price, however you need to beware of their sneaky tactics regarding the hidden fees such as the $700 to make sure everything is in working order before you pick up your camper. The Finance Department pulled a fast one on us too.selling us a five year extended warranty! I won't get into the list of all the things that we found after we got the camper home, but the biggest thing was the large slider for the kitchen would not open at all. We purchased a brand new fifth wheel and live five hours north of this dealer so it was a MAJOR inconvenience.

As soon as we noticed the faulty equipment we called Buffalo RV (taken over by Blue Compass at the same time of our purchase) and got a major run-around with the service department. We tried to bring it to the local Jayco dealer (20 miles away) but five days after we dropped it off, the service manager called to say that their technician was new and didn't feel comfortable working on this type of slider.

It took about three weeks and many unanswered calls from the service department before I got fed up and called the general manager. I left a long voicemail requesting that she call me back that day. I was surprised to get a return phone call about an hour later. I explained all of the issues and things started moving. Three weeks after we purchased the camper they took it in and fixed the slider and a few other minor issues. The slider was actually installed in the wrong place and was hitting against the refrigerator door which I pointed out to them the first day we got the camper home. It was one of those items on our long list since the door panel was all scuffed up. The motherboard had to be replaced and the island was moved to eliminate the interference.

So after they fixed a few things on July 9th, they told us the other items, such as: the Refrigerator door panel, the rips in the theater seating and missing remote would be addressed and shipped directly to us. It is now October 2nd. I have been calling and leaving messages with the service department at least a dozen times a week. Allison was assigned to us from the beginning of this debacle! She refuses to answer the phone when it rings and tells other employees, that I actually get connected with, that she has me on her list to call back. I tried leaving a voicemail with the general manager last week and also sent her an email. Neither have been responded to! I am so fed up with these people and have noticed so many other reviews with similar stories. The least they could do is answer the phone or return the call.it would be a common courtesy not to mention more professional than the way they currently treat their customers!

The person who assisted me in setting up the service to replace the AC on my Airstream was very nice. The techs were too. However, the day after the repair I noticed the white part of the roof was dented in many places. There's a way to walk on an Airstream roof to not dent it, and these techs don't know it. I was looking at the roof to install solar panels, so I wasn't going to raise an issue as the dents would be mostly covered by the panels, then I saw a dents in the aluminum transition and the awning cover that took more force to damage than simply than walking on them. I reached out to RV One, and the service manager promptly responded and asked that I send pictures. I did right away, then RV One has ignored every email and phone call since. Avoid these folks if you can.

David Tornabene was absolutely amazing. He understood from the beginning what we were looking for and was not pushy with us at all. Managed to find us an absolute gem of a camper, a 2013 Jayco Jayflight, in near perfect condition for a 10 year old camper that will be awesome for us and our kids. He was easy to get ahold of and very helpful throughout the whole buying process.

When we went for our demo, David Young did a good job of showing us the ins and outs of the camper.

When trying to hitch it up we had some issues and Joe from the service depart went above and beyond to help correct our issue and get us on the road. Joe was extremely helpful and we appreciate it!

Would definitely talk with David in the future regarding another purchase from RV ONE - BLUE COMPASS
