Ken W was outstanding in all our needs he is definitely great at what at what he does he is definitely there for all of anymores needs

Ken was knowledgeable in what he was doing and quick with repairs. Was able to fix what was humanly possible and what wasn’t able to be fixed gave me solutions on what to do.

Ken was fantastic, looked at our RV right away & really tried to help us out! Would have love to have Ken do work but part was 5 days & we had obligations in VT but Ken/Michelle were great in getting us all info so we could get on our way. Would HIGHLY recommend RV unlimited, thank you, Cathy

The place is pathetic. 4 times stopped at office, 4 times office closed. Took camper in, after 30 days, 2 returns, $1,800, (they still haven't fixed problem). I do not recommend them at all.

Ken was very professional. He diagnosed my issue quickly. He was extremely careful when pulling away panels. After warning that the panel may break he took extra care and was able to cleanly pull it away.
I'm so thankful he was able to replace my converter tonight.
I will be calling on you to send him out for repairs ony trailer.

Our tech Ken was great! We were traveling through the area and had an issue, we really needed to keep moving and Ken saved the day!

Ken was my service tech. He was friendly and professional, and wanted to do a repair a different way, but he heeded my wishes and did it the way I asked. And sure enough he was right and I was wrong and he had to come back. But he was very gracious about it. He came back did the repair the proper way and now my rig is working properly again. Can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend.

Called RV Unlimited to get a roof job done on my 5th wheel. The call was answered promptly and professionally. I got an appointment the following day. It was more than I expected when Ken one of the technicians came out and went beyond all expectations explaining to me the process of the repaired roof job. I plan on using RV unlimited for all my needs in the future a class act. Thank you for a great service and customer service experience.

The tech did a good job. The company charges were out of line on the high side. $1000.00 to replace two capacitors on the front AC.

RV Unlimited is an excellent company. I was very pleased with thier service. They came out immediately and gave me professional service at an affordable price. I highly recommended their company. Hands down the best experience with our RV and repairs.

DO NOT HIRE! If I could leave a ZERO review I would. Awning extended but would not retract. I could not find another available tech with availability and could not drive this to an RV service place to fix. I paid a diagnostic fee, service call fee & a surcharge fee on 8/23. Was told I needed a new awning motor, cap & set screw. Fine, order overnight please. Missed the shipping cut off so it should have been there on 8/25 and that the tech would be there 8/26 first thing. By 10 AM nothing. Called, the part was supposed to be there but wasn't, eventually found and he would be right out. He arrived about 3 PM. Was then charged $699 for the motor, an insane installation charge, shipping and a surcharge fee! He put the awning out and back and somehow got it flush with the side of the RV. So over $2300 to this rip off place. Note, he did not bring a new cap or a set screw. Wanted to order parts and charge me for another service call. I said no, I had to leave. Next time I put the awning out, it won't retract flush with the RV. Just had a tech look at it and the motor is put in wrong. These folks are being reported to the BBB and anyone I can find.

Amazing service. The tech came out 7p on a Sunday and was able to locate the water leak to the camper. Very kind and knowledgeable was able to have it all fixed in under an hour. I seriously don't know what I would have done without them. Also, a very fair price to.
