They came out and installed a bubbler in my front lawn. Everything was done well and very quickly. My basement and lawn are nice and dry. They do a great job, everything was wonderful from start to finish.

We recently hired Ryan’s Waterproofing for drain tile at one location and bubbler/sump pump at a different location.

The quotes we received were much more reasonable than the 3 different quotes from the “Big Name” companies

Ryan Waterproofing was recommended to me by a work colleague. My son and his family are going through a tremendously difficult time as their second child has a rare degenerative disorder that is life limiting. The baby needs NOT to get sick. Their basement was leaking every time it rained, they couldn’t use it and the fear of mold building up was terrifying given the illness of the baby. I was helping my son get this done as he has been traveling out of state for specialists for the baby. I share all this because Chris and Donna at Ryan’s Waterproofing were very flexible with me on working out when we could get the work done. From the first minute I met Chris, I felt confident that I was talking with a knowledgeable and experienced craftsman. He thoroughly explained to us every step of what they would do to get the job done (my son knew what was needed but I needed detailed explanations) in a truly professional and patient manner. Chris explained the pricing structure and how we could do the different parts of the job at different times (cracks vs.drain tile, etc.) but was able to bundle the pricing in a way to make it attractive and convenient to get the job done in one two-day visit.
I showed up at my son’s house to help with the children when Chris’s team was there. Even though there was the loud noise of the jackhammer and a dump truck in their yard it was almost like they were not even there. I was amazed at how cleanly they worked. There was absolutely no debris in the basement or on the property whatsoever. Even though they came across a couple of oddities in my son’s atypically built home, Brian, the foreman on the job, assured us that he would come back if there were issues. The job was completed in less than 2 days as promised and a guarantee in writing provided. This truly gives you peace of mind. My fiancee and I just got a drainage system to stop the backyard from flooding terribly whenever it rains. Ryan Waterproofing completed the job in 2.5 days and even attached an extra 40 feet of piping to one of our gutters that wasn't draining efficiently, at no extra cost. They were friendly, communicative, efficient and the quality of their work is like no other! We've done many walks around the neighborhood and have seen other drainage systems that weren't completed nearly as well. They gently lifted our grass to make the trench and then laid it all back down so that we didn't have to deal with the aftermath of having a muddy/dirt-covered backyard or with growing grass again. We were very impressed and we'd definitely hire Ryan Waterproofing again in the future.

They did an amazing job installing our backyard drainage system. They quoted us 3 days to get the job done and they got it done in nearly 2.5 days. If we had gone away on vacation and come back we'd barely be able to tell they were even there they left our lawn in such great shape, and some parts of our lawn looked better after they completed the install than before even. Would highly recommend them. 2 of our neighbors and our home inspector all recommended them and their work ethic and quality and follow through proves out why.

Contacted Ryan Waterproofing in early April and work is already complete. Chris and team diagnosed the problem (s) and made recommendations on what would and would NOT work for drainage problems, cracks in basement, and foundation. Had Ryan Waterproofing come out and install 2 Beams on basement block wall and replace old drain tile. The crew did a good job, for a reasonable price!

Ryan’s was the 3rd company I had come out for an estimate for Beam work. He came in less than the others with Drain Tile. I asked about doing the whole basement drain tiles since they would be here and the quote was excellent, why not just do it all. Chris assured me that I did not need to do the whole basement, why spend more than you need to. WOW! Anyone else would have jumped on an extra buck! The day of, his crew showed up, 2 guys down… the normal for construction these days ;). However, his 2 men were positive, friendly, up beat and confident in one an other to get the job done! They worked hard that first day lifting everything up the basement stairs and I did not once hear them complain. They did their job and did it efficiently that they got done earlier than planned that day. Came back the next day, same upbeat, positive crew with a third. Together they banged out the beams, concrete and cleanup and gone less than 6 hours later! What a great crew! Good help is hard to find and these guys are IT! A true testament to Chris himself to have an outstanding hardworking group! Thank you!
