Great atmosphere to "test" mattresses! Strong customer service and terrific product!

Worst ever, never but this, few months completely disgusting, cause pain in my back. Terrible.

Kind of busy but the only place to try these beds in NY. Helpful sales staff, low pressure.

Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on a board. Initially, we got the luxury firm. We returned it and got the soft plush. It is still too hard. I have never had so much pain in my back, shoulders, neck.

Ordered classic luxury firm online. Unfortunately wasent able to go test firmness of bed before purchasing. Love quality of bed but definitely to firm for me. My hips have been hurting since sleeping on this bed. Not going to take the chance of swapping out for different model. In process of returning. Will see how that works out. Great quality but not the feel for me

They were very helpful. My wife and I wanted to try out the mattress before buying one. Out of all the mattresses we tried, the Staava was the one my wife liked the most. So we ordered one. Hopefully we like it, once we get it.

This is not a review of this store as they were very helpful in my initial purchasing experience, but I would like to share feedback on the product. I purchased Saatva’s Classic Mattress in Luxury Firm plus the foundation in January 2020. The delivery was on point and and the initial 365 days was okay, but not life altering. Since then, the sleeping experience has only diminished for my wife and myself. She never complained of back pain in the morning, but now we both wake up every day without the proper rest, with back pain, and often headaches. I also starting to wake with bruise-like pain on my hips as I am a side sleeper.

We rotate the mattress every few months, yet it begins to feel lumpy quickly. I’ve also noticed that the piping is starting to come unstitched and a hole forming in one spot.

I haven’t contacted customer service because after reading the fine print on the lifetime warranty it feels like too much of a potential hassle and cost.

I wanted to love this mattress made here in the U. S.so I made the investment. Now I feel forced to buy something different or be trapped in what I have for the foreseeable future.

I would suggest looking at different products either at Saatva or elsewhere.

Customer service both in store and online from Saatva was fabulous. I wish I didn’t live in a studio — I would buy another mattress from them in a heartbeat!

A mattress is an investment. This is a nice showroom to decide what you want. And I've come back like 3 times to try and figure it out and I'm still enjoying my loom and leaf firm mattress 2 years later. Delivery and paperwork for my building went smoothly including the return of a boxspring I changed my mind about. I'm a small person and my mattress is firm compared to the showroom but that's ok there is a mattress topper I can get. Enough if a variety of those but take your time, the salespeople here will respect you on it and customer service on the phone and in person is friendly and consistent. Take advantage of the sales when you can.

My experience with this company has been friendly and professional, and I am very pleased with the great prices, classic and modern mattresses, and discounts on their products. A great thing about going to the store is being able to test-out items before purchasing online. For future mattresses, this is my go-to place.

DO NOT BUY! We bought a $2300 latex mattress about a year ago and about 8 months after the purchase the middle of the mattress is imploding! My wife and I both end up “falling/leaning/rolling “ inwards as the mattress continues to fail. Of course you cannot get a refund after 6 months so we’re stuck with a $4000 faulty mattress. DO NOT BUY!

I bought 3 Saatva matresses about a year ago. Absolutely terrible. All 3 people suffer from back pain every morning from the matresses. Such a big 4500$ mistake. Looking to throw all 3 out and buy quality. Never again.
