Each member of the staff is friendly, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. What I really love is the length of service; they don’t ever have you waiting around - you’re in and out.

Dentists are great, receptionists are HORRIBLE. They will do a procedure and not tell you the costs until after unless you ask and they expect you to know the prices of everything according to your insurance.which in my opinion is extremely unrealistic. Very rude, moody and slow.

Dr Mazzolla and Pat, the dental technician can't be beat. I have not seen any of the other dentists so I cannot review them. The office staff is very helpful and patient.

Always a pleasant experience! The office runs on time. No waiting forever in the waiting room. Everyone is very nice. Dr. Renda is my favorite. He is so gentle, kind and caring. Would highly recommend this practice!

Dr George is my primary dentist an amazing. My oral surgeon is Dr. Ammenedo and he is also amazing. Both are kind, do great work, make you feel comfortable and help if you done have the finances to pay for certain procedures

I have been a patient at Sachem Dental for many years. My recent 6 month cleaning was the best that I ever had. I felt that the dental hygienist was meticulous, paying attention to ensure a complete cleaning. Thanks

Horrible dental office - stay away - they do not have any respect for patients.

First you schedule an appointment 3 months ahead of time with a dentist and a hygienist; then they will call you one day before the appointment that neither the doctor nor the hygienist is there at your scheduled time. The only word they have "sorry". They do not care about patient's convenience. They do not have any respect for patient's time. Most horrible office I have dealt with ever. And then they will give a new appointment and then they will do the same thing. They have all the excuses in the world. My wife gave up on them after they kept rescheduling her several times and she went back to NJ to her old dental office. I made the mistake of picking this office at the recommendation of my friend. They kept rescheduling me for the last one year. I excused them because of COVID until now. This visit I have is the first and last one with this office.

Worst dental group ever. Charged a cancellation fee for rescheduling an appointment. Called to resolve issue because, I was still scheduled for a visit but the staff was unprofessional and unpleasant. Will be finding another dentist.

Great experience. The facility and staff observes all current protocols and are professional and efficient at their tasks.

Cleaning and semi annual exam went well. Ashley is a fantastic hygienist. Very thorough and painless. Dr Mazzola is and has always been my favorite dentist.

Ran very behind, the Henry the hygenist riped my gums apart and than proceeded to tell me the doctor didn’t need to do a check up since he came in for 5 seconds to look at 1 tooth since it had pain, (that was resolved). Dr g and dr mazzola are amazing however. I just want Jeanine the hygienist back!

We have been going to Sachem Dental in Nesconset for years. We are always very pleased with everyone at the office. Dr. Vogell is wonderful - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We never feel rushed. Every person in the office is pleasant and helpful. A great experience

I had an emergency situation with one of my teeth. I was able to fit in for an appointment. It has been temporarily corrected with more treatment to follow. I was pleased with the covid protocol that was follow making sure I was safe as well as others around me. I felt at ease.

This was my first time there. Sachem Dental Group in Nesconset was recommended by my daughter in law. Now I see why she told me to go there. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Paul Seltzer did 2 root canals on me. I have to say he made me very comfortable and did the root canal with ease. I couldn’t of picked a better dentist. I am going back again for more dental work and I am definitely happy I went.

I have been going to sachem dental for years. The office was immaculate, all covid protocols were followed! The staff could be nicer, when making the appointment and when your actually there! And Dr Paul Seltzer is a gem! He is a compassionate human and an unbelievable painless dentist. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else! ️?
