I really like the way they are operate. Even the forms you can easily fill it out before you get there. When I got there I get call right away. No time wasted.

The lady doing the higiene was very respectful, caring and most importantly her job was done carefully, dedicated and professionally.

Had a great visit with dental hygienist Marge. I’ve been seeing her for many years. She’s always professional, friendly and does a thorough cleaning. She’s my favorite!

Dr. Leonoff and his assistant were fantastic with my daughter during her frenectomy. They were both very patient and kind. She gives them a 10 out of 10!

I have been using this office for many years from roughly 20 years old onward. I paid out of pocket for braces $4700 12 years ago. I had to have an implant done and they argued that it wouldn't be covered by insurance, which it was up to $1000. I argued until they finally decided to see if it was. Fast forward many years later and my step son needs braces. They tell us roughly $5700 and that my insurance will not cover it. I argue again, my insurance does cover it. They told my wife that she has to pay $250 to get it started and that whatever isn't covered it would be applied to. They billed my insurance for $21,000 and were going to charge $3000 to remove the braces. They also wouldn't refund my wife. My wife decided to try another place which billed my insurance and it was all approved, no out of pocket. I just switched my dental office and orthodontist office. Greedy place, poor attitudes and always tell me procedures are not covered even when they are. They lost 6 patients just from my family alone.

I had a terrible toothache. My regular dentist office said they couldn’t get me in. I came upon Sachem Dental by chance. Because of my pain they worked it out to get me in on the day I called. After a few X-rays and some sensitivity tests as I suspected I needed a root canal. Dr. Skevofilax went upstairs and spoke to Dr. Ho fit me in right away. I was a bit nervous because the last root canal I had was painful. Dr. Ho was amazing! I literally felt nothing. She was sweet, professional, quick and painless! Her assistant was incredible also. They work well together. Everyone at this office from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors were all so very nice. All were a pleasure to deal with! I was in there at 2pm with pain and I am home by 4: 30 feeling fine! Thank you all!

Had an emergency with a tooth ache. My practice which I was going for years somehow does not have time for emergencies. Decided to give them a call and give it a try. Appointment was made the very next day and long story short I have a new dentist.

I used to dread going to the dentist till I started coming here. Ayesha does great with my cleaning. Super gentle with no pain at all. I will recommend her and the office to all my friends and family.

Scammers… they just want your money. They sent me a letter saying they are terminating me as patient of theirs. They approved me for a night guard I pay my copayment when I walked in the door. After getting impressions dr decides to tell me that she dr parks does not make that type of guard and requested I pay $550 for the guard she makes. Why would they go through my ins for a guard she doesn’t make. So that’s my fault? So you terminate me as your patient. Who does that? I have been with this group for years.you would think they would’ve offered me to let me make payments on it but nope she walked me to the front and refunded my co payment as I requested. Not a happy patient and will not recommend this place and will spread the experience to other families as well.

This office staff is friendly and patient. My daughter has anxiety and most doctor appointments are stressful for her. Both Dr Skevofilax and Dr Moss explained procedure and treatment plans and definitely help my daughter to feel safe. Oral surgeon with Saturday availability and little to no wait time is also helpful. Thanks to Dr Moss my daughter had four impacted wisdom teeth removed with no issues, also working on an implant.we are confident everything will continue to go as planned. We do recommend Sachem dental in Ronkonkoma.

I rarely leave reviews ever. I recently visited and had a great experience with the dentist who dx me with a cracked tooth and recommended a root canal. The day of my appointment, I meet who I now know to be Dr. Ha- without even introducing herself she asked me if I had a cavity which threw me off guard because I thought she would already be aware of the reason she was performing the procedure. I explain that I have a cracked tooth and immediately she says I have an abscess, and impacted tooth and she’s gonna have to pull my tooth. Clearly I was shocked, unprepared for a procedure like that and had questions. She barely left room for entertaining my questions about a new dx and tx plan as I could tell she was frustrated and rushing, so I was numbed within 2 mins of this conversation and was told she’s gonna look and if the crack is too deep she going to pull it (not even aware of what tooth she was talking about). No communication throughout the procedure of what she did and wether she was pulling my tooth, leaving me panicking and anticipating throughout the experience. While sitting up and rinsing and drowsy from novocaine I’m being lectured on very specific antibiotic/probiotic follow up plan. I finish rinsing and turn to ask and confirm what was done, what the post treatment plan is and what in general is going to be done about my impacted tooth/abscess- and she already left the room! Never saw her again. I had to question her assistant which seemed unaware as well. It may have been one of those days for her, but the lack of communication, bedside manner, professionalism and patient autonomy was shocking. It was painless (physically) and lasted about 40 minutes. I understand and congratulate her for how good she is at what she does, but I felt violated for sure.

The best dental office I have been to in a long while. Everyone at the office was courteous, appointment wait time was minimal, and the team that took care of me were so amazing. They listened to my concerns, advised on treatment, etc. It was an all around very pleasant experience. Very happy to have found this dental office!

They use to be very good. But now its not so good. I don't know what has changed. But they certainly are not as kind, patient, considerate or thorough. I was not pleased with the last few appointments nor a few other patients that I know use Sachem. I am going someplace else. Go at your own risk.
