No, I got the right firm. I am not a client of yours but was mistreated when I called in regards to a potential case. Your staff was very rude and disrespectful. I’m thankful my case did not end up with your office.

Mr. DeCicco negotiated my case/claim. He knows the at fault party's pertinent information- to the extent that it was discovered that their coverage is insufficient considering the type of driver that was behind the wheel. Basically the faulty driver thought to get basic insurance and say 'well hey as long as I get to drive who cares'. Mr. DeCicco cares, my paralegal cares, and I care. We got the at fault party to do what was right (i.e. Barely compensate for the damages they administered). Next phase will ensure that faulty driver fulfills their responsibility to compensate their victim for careless, faulty, negligent driving as if their insurance covers carelessness and negligence. That's why they were dropped from coverage.

I didn't know what to do when I was in a car accident, until I met Kelly and Eric, all the problems encountered during the process will be promptly and patiently helped me to solve. Thank you very much Kelly is the best I have ever seen.
