I have been getting hi-lights for years and explained to Dan that I wanted a cool blonde look and stressed no yellow or golden blonde. Foils were not used instead the color was brushed on which turned my hair a bright copper color. It looked awful and I was not happy. He added a few more toners to tone it down. I now am dealing with trying to get it back to my original color. I will not be going back to this salon as I have a 3 inch band of copper color on the the entire top of my head.
