Safe Haven Self Storage, Middletown NY

We've rented a sizeable unit there for over a year and we love it! They always keep the entire facility very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. All the units are climate-controlled. There are several hand trucks available, in two sizes. The safety features include keypad access and many security cameras. Bonus: there's Amazon Hub Locker inside.

Two stars because when I first started renting it had 24hr access. That was my main reason for renting from here. I work odd hours so being able to come at 2am was very convenient. The people are nice and the facility is very clean. I'm just upset the 24hr is gone.

Update: I was contacted by customer service, who was amazingly helpful and listened to my grievances. After a brief conversation we were able to work out our differences. Thank you so much for your help.

As I frequent many places and need or end up at a storage facility from time to time, I was happy to have had to be here. The site is a huge and clean place. The storage manager was very professional and quite nice as well as the staff. The other tenants were as well. If I need a storage unit in this area, I am sure to pick this place.

Very clean, spacious, every thing that I need, staf is very friendly and works great with me.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating, the units are very clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone to use safe haven.

My wife and I keep our belongings here and we both love the service and the security here an we feel very comfortable with our belongings here
