I appreciate you for your excellent customer service! The unit was clean and dry and easily accessible. Carts were readily available, parking was good, and there was always a helpful attendant in the office. You even had a restroom! Thank you!

Daina helped me and my lady find the perfect 10x10 unit we needed and at a discounted price! Showed us all the units we wanted and took time to compare prices between them all. We appreciate you so much and catch up when you get back to the states!

I just rented out a storage unit today and one of the agents, Angela was so helpful in the process. She took me to see the unit to make sure if it is the unit I want then after guide me through the paper work process. Also the first month was free!

Let it be known that Joe Iyamu is an active good customer to Safegard Storage Managment for over 4 years and the facility manager also treat me with high respect. Since I known the manager Miss Rasheda Richardson, She always and provide good services to the customers what is sutable to thier needs.

On the other hand, Safegard strorage at 115 Empire Blvd is always super clean and I think the manager and the co manager deserve extra pay.

Moreover, The Building facility is always busy at all time and strongly I recommend Safegard management should use there good office to hire someone to clean the facility at list twice a week.

Will never use this place. They took away broolyn's historical Empire Rollerdrome. A community establishment that goes back over 50 years!

It's been a while since I've been to my unit, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the change in staff! Daina is a gem. I called with questions earlier in the week, she was very helpful and even called back after she thought some more about my question. When I came in a few days later, she remembered me, helped me find a solution to my problem and was just overall great to work with. Happy to resign my lease as long as they keep her on the books!

I felt like Daina was really careful and caring, and made sure that we weren’t being taken advantage of. It was also helpful to have drive-in load in available.
