Luby was extremely informative, friendly, professional and the most hilarious upbeat individual I've every had the privilege of meeting in a storage facility, clearly she loves her job and tenants, she knew 3 of them by first name basis very rare in certain places, but luby on point assisted us all gave full attention and jokes while we waited she made us all feel special, you guys need to hire more Lubys in you facilities awesome awesome

I'm late and all but I promised to give a review. I had this storage unit almost a year and 1/2 &may go back every season to switch things out. So I don't go often but when I do all the receptionist stick out to me and are always helpful. The one that helped me this time because I just can never get my lock right is Lubi (I think that is how I spell it) she's mad cool and helpful

I have been storing at Liberty location for years, I have seen many faces come and go, Luby by far is the absolute best!? She is about her business and keeping the facility upkeep In ship shape, the bathroom always presentable and clean. She is very professional but best of all she has a personal relationship with each tenants knows them all by name and there kids. Each time I bring my child in she has a snack ready for her. Luby is such a Pure soul. I asked one time why are you always smiling and so friendly? Her response isn’t there enough hate and negativity in the world, you know laughter and a smile can start a change. We don’t know what people are going through we just need to put a smile on there face so they can forget any endvours they may be going through why not spread positive energy there way? Absolute amazing young lady she is. Lesson I’ve learn with her let go let God Luby God bless you and your loved ones always -
