My passenger rear window was smashed when my vehicle was broken into on July 2. I contacted safelite through my auto insurance on the same day and was told the next available appointment was on the morning of July 10th at this location. During that initial phone call I gave Progressive/safelite all relevant information regarding the make model of my vehicle and the broken window. I received email and text confirmations of my appointment which included the correct make and model of my vehicle and correctly identified the broken window. On the 10th, I dropped off my vehicle and was told the job would take approximately 1.5 hrs. After about 45 minutes I received a phone call asking me to come in because there was a problem. When I reached the shop, I was told that because my vehicle was a 2020 Subaru (which they already knew), the window they ordered did not fit and it would take another 7-10 business days to get the correct window. When I told them I would rather get it repaired at the dealer than reschedule with them, the car was returned to me with flimsy plastic poorly affixed over the window rather than the sturdy vinyl which I had tightly taped over the window before dropping it off. Meanwhile, the area was under a tropical storm warning with two to three inches of rain expected to begin just after I drove off. So I had to rush to home depot to buy supplies to re-tape the window properly so that the inside of my vehicle would not get soaked. Thanks Safelite!

I was the one calling. I had no choice to go to the shop. The men told because of the weather. Appointment 8 to noon.rain in the morning. Sun in the afternoon. Job was done but long drive back and forth

Very easy and fast made my appointment online and used a discount code you get $25 reduced from the price drop my vehicle off at 9 a.m. The person behind the counter was very polite my windshield was done in 2 hours great job thank you

They were very polite and professional, my appointment time was for 3pm and my Escalade was taken in at 3pm! They estimated it would take around 90 minutes they got it done on time.

Workers are Polite and apologetic but. This is not what you would call a well greased wheel. Go some where else if you have a highly computerized car with cameras and radar. Had to make 3 very lengthy visits for some thing that should of been a one time visit. Other customers in the waiting room had a similar story! If you have just a simple glass replacement this place would be fine but there seems to be a negative pattern with newer cars with regards to calibration of the camera and radar system. If you "value your time" then go to the dealer or somewhere else. Also a customer who came 30mins after me went ahead of me in line, then waited 5.5hrs for a 10 min diagnostic test only to be told that I have to come back yet again.good LUCK!

I have had to use them twice, and both times they were punctual and did a speedy replacement of my windshield. Highly recommended.

When you work for a corporation and deflect accountability re: “Well. You didn’t talk to me” you’re in a for a bad customer service experience.

Unfortunately this location and reps deflect and don’t resolve order issues. I attempted to contact this location 5 business days prior to our work date in order to avoid further delays because my car is a 2020. For more recent vehicles to market parts have a limited availability if you don’t order from the dealership in a timely manner re: foreign import.

No communication.

I was led to believe it’s “Safelite” they are professional in these matters but they frankly weren’t.

Less than 24hrs before an appt I’m told my parts weren’t ordered. 15 mins after that initial call a text message cancels my appt and I’m redirected to communicated vie email without a explanation as to the next steps.

Scrambling I had to change my work order to another establishment that can be communicated with out being redirect to an automated system that serves as a third party messenger.

Given no option but to wait further a week or two in the lurch I called corporate. Even more apologies and incompetence as no one can give me a date to expect a confirmed and scheduled service to be completed.

Don’t waste your time find a local insurer
Authorized provider who will refer to you business by name and respects your time.

My car windshields glass was cracked, I made an appointment and took the car to the shop. My appointment was scheduled for 4.00pm, I spoke to the manager and ask her if I could come in at 2.00 o’clock and she said yes. The work crew did a wonderful and outstanding job replacing the glass. These guys are professional, friendly and polite and they know exactly what to do. The quality of work and service is excellent, the work shop was very clean and the manager was so pleasant and polite and friendly. Take your car for service you will not be disappointed. I will definitely take my vehicle in the future.

Thank you Paul and staff! Getting my windshield replaced was the easiest part of my day. Paul told me it would take about an hour and a half and he was right on the money, if not a bit quicker. I was impressed, too, that my EZ Pass and inspection stickers were carefully removed and put back on as if they were never touched. Very satisfied customer.

I scheduled my appointment for an in-shop visit / mid-morning / midweek. I did it a few days in advance, online. I arrived a little early and they took me right away. I had expected for the place to be backed up, but I was able to pull right in to the garage. After the review of the car, I sat in the nice waiting room. I realized that I forgot to ask about the transferring of the stickers on the windshield, but that wasn't an issue. An hour later it was done, and everything was moved over - including the EZPass. Everyone was nice and professional. I liked that I didn't have to give my credit card number when I made the appointment. The only suggestion I would make (and it's one that I assume isn't a local decision) is to accept ApplePay, as it's my preferred payment option.

Came to fix my windshield but wasn't nice had to make another appointment to replace it then after replacing I had to make another appointment to go to the shop and reconfigure the front camera and 2 weeks latet noticed its leaking in water in the car so i had to make another appointment then the guy showed up 2 minutes before the end of the time frame I was given and i wasn't there anymore, the guy rescheduled me for another date and never showed up! Should i even bother calling them back?

If only there was a no star this place would get it. Worst place to go to change a glass. I had a appointment for 1pm and while on the way they call me not to come because the glass came in broken and I should come in the next day, when I showed up the next day at 11: 30 the manager (the same person I spoke to a day earlier and told her I wouldn't be coming at 8: 00am since I'm coming from upstate NY) told me you had a 8: 00am appointment and therefore we won’t be working on your vehicle today. This is very frustrating I drove 40 miles one day and 60 miles the next for nothing

Great service. Highly reccomend this location. Insurance covered all my costs but the service I received here was great. I brought the car in for a windshield chip, it was filled in within 2 hours (there were other people here too). The crack did not fully cure like they said, so the next week they replaced the whole windshield for me. Can't ask for a better service warranty. The receptionist staff could be better, or at least have someone there to greet people. An overall great experience here.

The service technician Ramon, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a wonderful job installing the glass and also did an amazing job cleaning and clearing all the shattered glass in the car.
