Just to need to work on keeping your promise. Can not tell a customer a time that their vehicle will be finished and not be finished and have a customer waiting for a whole hour behind of time.

Great service. They came to my property and repair my car's windshield in less than 20 minutes. I definitely recommend their services. Professionalism and responsibility will always wins me.

A 2 man show with way too many customers to handle. I drive up with no appointment and was turned away. So I booked an appointment online for next week. Later in the day received a call verifying appointment but then telling me they don't do the work needed. Which was correcting a power issue with passenger front window. Told me I have to go to a mechanic which made no sense to me at all. But whatever, I made an earlier appointment with DEALERSHIP.

I was given an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at 12: 45 pm. I elected to stay while the windshield was being replaced. I was told it would take a couple of hours. When 3 pm came and my car hadn't been started on I inquired if they would have time to finish the work that day because they close at 5pm. The guy behind the reception window looked at me like I just came in. He went in the back and then assured me I would be next.the car was finally finished at 5: 30pm. I feel if given an appointment it should be kept or I should have been informed when I arrived that they were running late.

They knows nothing about rain sensors. My car leaks from the windshield lower right corner leaking And what was taken off to replace the windshield was not put back properly. They are the worst. And insurance recommends them. If you have a bmw 2010 and up with sensors it will not work properly after installing.

THE OWNER AND TECHNICIAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE WORK IS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

This place is a mess, did my windshield and not only it took half a day but I had to come back for a redo because during the first rain vehicle filled up with water like a fishtank. Windshield was leaking so badly they should be sued. They barely put any urethane on the top. Not recommended looks like they are hiring rookies.

It could be that I expected a little better, given the name recognition and the reviews I have read, but my experience was not pleasant at all. I waited for 30 minutes, just for anyone to come talk to me at the window. Is anyone really charged with management here? When they did and we talked, I was informed that it will take 2 hours, and then a subsequent appointment for calibration. That was good so far. I went around, waiting for one hour and 30 minutes, only to be called and told that they did not have the correct windshield for my car, so they have to order it and I will have to come another day. Really, after one hour 30 minutes? And after all the details I had given on my car, including the VIN? Very disappointed. Not what I expected from such a famed name. I hope you take these feedback you receive from customers seriously, and not just say "thank you for your feedback" as a custom.

I was recommended to safelite, through my insurance, when looking for a windshield repair for my BMW i3. After reading mixed reviews online, I decided to give safelite the benefit of the doubt.

I soon regretted my decision. After taking time off from work, The technician who came to do the job was unable to change the wind shield. It was a complete waste of time. To make matters worse they cracked the molding and left several scratches on my car when attempting to to remove the side panels.

In the end the windshield was not changed and I was left with more damages to the car then when I began! I was referred to a manager to have the parts that were damaged ordered and replaced… The manager never followed up.

I would not recommend this location or this service to anyone unless, you have an older car that you do not care about. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge of foreign cars.

My radar mirror mount wiring tap was ripped out ; when I told them they did it they showed me a picture after the windshield was put back and calibrated which wasn’t even the picture before they took apart my old windshield. Truthfully this shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Beware off the garbage service& feedback from employers

Had a crack in the windshield. Technician Kerlon changed the windshield right in fron of the house, I didn't have to drive anywhere. Kerlon was very professional, the work took about an hour. The cost was covered by my insurance and I got lifetime warranty.

If I can give them zero stars I would it took me ten days to wait for them to order my window to replace it took a day off to wait for them around five hours got no phone call didn’t show up tried to call stayed on hold for almost 50 minsthen I was told that their system deleted my order imagine what kind of a system

Do not go to this location. The “manager ” was nasty from the second I stepped foot on the premises because he said i was too early, my appointment was at 8am and i walked in there at 7: 52am. Then at 8: 10 he decided to check me in and tells me he doesn’t have my windshield in, he said they never picked it up from the warehouse. I then asked him what do i do now, he says he doesn’t know, i asked him when will my next appointment be and he again says he does not know. He said that i should call my insurance and put another claim in. All in all very rude and unprofessional, the manager had absolutely no answers for me whatsoever and did not care about resolving the issue.

I like the service. I needed to replace a windshield. When I come as scheduled the windshield for my car was in the shop already. I just left my car for a three hours and in three hours the work was done with replacing my registration, inspection cards, and EasyPass. Technicians where friendly. I recommend Safelite AutoGlass.

Wonderful service, kind people, and overall great experience. Special thanks to Mr. Kawan Smith who served me today, even though I walked in two days late (yes two days!) for my appt. I wish I got the technician’s name also, cause he was super kind and did a fabulous job on the crack/ chip on my windshield. You could barely see it! They took me right away, explained all my options in detail, and allowed me to hang out with my dog in the waiting area. Thanks so much!
