Safelite AutoGlass, Syracuse NY

30 years ago they did such a poor job on my windshield it required a body shop and a different glass company to fix the damage. Recently I gave them another chance to replace a side window in my Tahoe. They over all did a good job. Only mild complaint was they could have cleaned the broken glass up a little better. Today a gave them an additional chance with my son windshield on his jeep. Drop the jeep off and received a call 40 minutes late it was done. Good job done and no issues with installation as of now. Only complaint was while booking the appointment they were pushing to up sell to have wipers replaced. They later followed up with a sales text again asking to replace the wipers at $30 a piece. Didn't like the sales push.

They were nice and fast. But I asked the repair man if the windshield needs to be recalibrated since there is a camera on it. He said no, it's just a camera no need to be calibrated. He was way off! My dash appeared to be a Christmas tree within a few days. So I came to the dealer and they explained that the windshield does need to be recalibrated. They are windshield experts they should know when they must recalibrate windshields. About $200 at the dealer for this service.

Top tier service. They came right to my house and did my install. It was done within a half hour.

After replacing my windshield I was told my front collision camera was no longer working. They stated they understood it was caused by them. However, they refused to fix it. They have been unwilling to fix the issue for a week now. My insurance company is now dealing with them. Complete joke of a company.

Awesome fast repair! Joe took great care of my car and the glass, I'm super appreciative of his professional attitude and how fast he got the job done! Glass looks great! 10/10 would come again!

Was able to get an appointment next day for a chip in my windshield. Had me in and out in under 20mins and while it wasnt a perfect repair it is hardly noticable

They fit me right in for a windshield double chip repair, which was SO helpful with my schedule. Very nice people and excellent work!

There is a elderly woman at the front desk that is not inviting and the aura she makes you feel like she’s not too fond of blacks initial appointment she was a bit short and not nice and second appointment not inviting at all I am not a fan of the glass in hindsight I would’ve research the original glass to get the same quality I would not use service again and do not recommend them to blacks trust me your service is tolerated not appreciated they don’t want our kind there anyways I gave 2 stars bc it was done in good timing and I’ll give credit for that

Fixed my chip within 30 mins so no issues with that. Was a little surprised that they didn't clean my windshield though as a standard courtesy. Would have taken 2 more mins and been a nice touch as customer service but otherwise no complaints.

Staff was extremely responsive, friendly, and professional - they had my windshield replaced in under 45 minutes! I highly recommend checking this place out for all of your windshield needs.

This company was our first choice and wanted to use them to repair our door window. But getting a hold of someone is near impossible. Everything is automated and all appointments are a week out which is not ideal. There was absolutely no human contact and I personally don't like that.
