Reverent and “nosebleed high” yet not pompous. Rector very welcoming. Stunningly beautiful church but still somehow homey. If I lived in NYC, this would be the place to go.

High Standard of Anglo-Catholic worship, in its accuracy comparable to K St/Ascension & Agnes in DC or Advent in Boston. Propers are sung in Latin, Ordinary is taken from the era of Classical Polyphony when Choir is present. Ordinary is mixed when Choir is absent (Healey Willan „Sta Magdalena“ Mass, but Credo in Plainchant). They use the 1940 Hymnal. Heard a good, concise Sermon on All Saints Day 2022.
