I would recommend this Rehab facility and ask for John W.from the rehab department. He was great when a relative of mine stayed here!

The staff at SH has been absolutely fantastic with my Aunt. Always warm and welcoming, especially John W.in rehab. He's become part of our family and it's so unbelievably comforting to feel that way.

Salem Hills Rehab facility is a warm welcoming place with top notch health care. The staff is excellent, specifically John W in rehab. His knowledge and bed side manner for my uncle is second to none. It’s a very comforting feeling knowing how well he is treated day in and day out. Thank you all at Salem Hills!

Salem Hills Rehab Department is an amazing facility with a caring staff. I used to visit my Uncle Paulie once a month to see how he was doing. He always had nothing but good things to say about the staff, especially John W. Without his help there is no way Uncle Paulie would have been able to dance the night away at Cousin Steven's wedding. Cousin Steven's wedding was probably a 2 star wedding but because of Uncle Paulie's R rated version of the macarena it went down as a 3 star night. Cousin Steven owes that extra star to John W.and the 5 star staff at Salem Hills Rehab Department.

I didn't know what to expect when Mom was admitted to Waterview Hills. From day one, the care that she received from the Social Workers, PT department, nurses, aides and staff was exceptional. They were patient, kind and loving. While Mom was happy to finally head home, she cried as she said goodbye to each and every Waterview employee. That is a testament to the care she received and we will be forever grateful.

Could not have been happier with my families experience at Salem Hills. We were treated kindly and always taken care of. The staff were extremely helpful, especially John. W in rehab. I would recommend Salem Hills rehab facility to anyone looking for a comforting place for a member of their family!

I just want to say thank you to the kind staff at Salem Hills. It is nice to know that there are people out there who truly care for the elderly. My popa would say to me, “they must take a personality test when they hire because everyone knows how to speak to the people”. Thank you John W for all the work you did with my Popa. Himself and the rest of the family appreciate it.

Salem Hills Rehab facility is a great place with a welcoming and supportive staff. Had a very nice experience with the rehab department there. John W.was knowledgeable and treated a family member of mine with respect and kindness. Would recommend this facility. 5 star

I have been the caregiver for my 95 year old Aunt Catherine, for the past 5 ½ years. I did my best to accommodate all her needs and keep her living as independently as possible in her apartment in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, she had a bad fall this past March. At that point, she was no longer able to go back and live in that same apartment where she had lived for the past 25 or so years. I was so nervous to uproot her and take her away from everything she knew. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed with the task of finding a nursing facility that would please my heart and head for dear Auntie.
I searched and searched and searched and searched. Viola, I finally found Salem Hills! Well, I’m not just happy with Salem Hills, I feel so blessed Aunt Catherine is able to be part of the amazing SH family. Here are the most caring, qualified, efficient, helpful, upbeat staff Aunt Catherine has ever had the pleasure of knowing –people she now calls her friends…. People I can always rely. The atmosphere is welcoming – and the place is clean; one would say, immaculate. I want to give a special shout out to: Jenn, the incredible social worker who knows each and every one of the residents needs, Paula and Jessica who tirelessly and cheerfully get every resident involved in fun events downstairs, Lauren our very special night nurse who extends her expertise and friendship to all on the second floor, and Diane in Finance, who has made the process of undertaking the vast amount of confusing paperwork so smoothly. Thankx, too, to the custodial staff who keeps the place sparkling. Ps. And I’m thrilled to report…there is no “old people” smell –EVER - AT ALL! Salem Hills, you have joined us as our treasured family! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all.

The staff here has been taking wonderful care of our loved one for quite some time and while visiting today I realized we have yet to leave a review! I happened to have my camera with me so I thought I’d share some 360 photos with others looking for a long term elder-care solution, they are only a few of the interior and I hope to share more of the lovely grounds when we visit again in the spring! We can’t speak highly enough for the great care our dearest Ursula receives from the wonderful staff at Salem Hills. They are very attentive and always communicate any changes very closely with her proxy, we are always so sad when leaving but it’s very comforting knowing she is in such a great establishment with amazing care takers. Thank you for all that you do not only for our loved one but the countless others - I hope these 360 photos help shine more light on this amazing place and others can find comfort knowing their loved ones are under great care.

Waterview provided excellent care for my family member. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive. The PT and OT staff members were very talented, and the nurses were promptly responsive to residents' needs. The kitchen staff members were flexible and creative with meal prep. Everyone at Waterview seemed to work as a cheerful, energetic team. Thank you for the great care!

Wonderful. Worked here for 11 years. They provide lunch, but you can bring your own food from home. The pay is over 15 an hour. Distance.well it all depends on where you live. It's a 40 minute drive for me. This is a wonderful place to work.

They dont pay good, it is too far for the wage they pay you will be buying back in gas and lunch with the little much they pay otherwise 95 percent white 3 percent spanish and 2 percent black the choice is yours.
