I bought a mini wax warmer at this store that does NOT sell the appropriate sized wax to use with the warmer and it’s not even available through the manufacturing company either so why Sally’s is selling it is beyond me and the ATTITUDE I received when I returned it AFTER I spent over 30 minutes on phone with customer service who didn’t even know they are selling an unusable product, the attitude from staff was unreal and unnecessary.
