I had an issue with a different Sally’s and had to get corporate involved so i decided to go to this Sally’s instead for my exchange and WOW what a difference! Chris helped me and listened to my story with open ears and demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service the entire time. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the new product and went the extra mile! I am so grateful this Sally’s is here, I will only go here going forward! Thank you again Chris!
