I bought a hair clipper, you can’t see what you’re buying, there are only cards on the shelf.the cashier brought the desired box, a gift for my beloved, I was very happy, but when I got to the car I discovered that the metal packaging was scratched. I'm buying a gift for $170 and I don't want it to look like something made from trash. I wanted to exchange it, but they definitely didn’t have one and I had to return it.

I went shopping with my daughter last evening on 11/20/23 and I'd like to share my disappointment with the extremely poor customer experience. The two young ladies at the counter were unprofessional in their dealings with us and offered no assistance. While we were the only customers in the store, they were engrossed in chatting and laughing, neglecting to help me find a specific curling iron despite my request. As a result, I left as a very disappointed customer.

I wanted to personally thank Kylie and Bella. I was in the store yesterday and am a frequent customer. I messed up my hair.horribly and was unsure of what to do. Not only were they both kind and empathetic, they were knowledgeable and helped me save my hair (without it falling out) and make it beautiful again. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful.

Just left the store and I had to write a review. The employee Laura, had to be the sweetest, most helpful young lady. She deserves recognition. Hard to find among a lot of today’s customer service people.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. They're willing to explain and recommend products tailored to your needs. One time i walked in and a staff member had a another Sally's Pro on the phone helping someone get the right hair color. I never knew they offered that but it made me feel more confident to know that if needed, there is plenty of people to help. The only reason im giving 4 stars, is they never seem to have a lot of stock. I use colors like red, purple.blue etc.and most times when i go they'll only have 1 bottle of the color I need. So that can be frustrating but they are always willing to order online for me or check stock in another store. The rewards program is also nice, especially since they can see if you have any rewards available right on the register.
