Salon Enza, Penfield NY

I have been going to Salon Enza for almost 2 years and I have been getting my nails done by Arianna. She is the absolute best ever and my nails never fall off and she does exactly what I ask for! She is the absolute best I highly recommend if you need a new nail tech!

Worst salon experience i’ve ever had. When I left my hair was more damaged than when I came in and looked nothing like what I asked for. And when I spoke to the stylist about being unhappy with the hair color, she told me “color looks different to everybody And that I was just in shock to the change”. They bleached my hair to the point that hair was falling off / breaking off (they brushed it while it was wet as well). There was no offer of refund or to make sure they fixed my hair soon.the haircut I received was not bad just the balayage.

I've been to Salon Enza two times and have always left happy. I've had appointments with Brooke both times and she always nails the cut and color. I get so many compliments on the cut/color, which is totally new for me! I've been so happy with my hair after swapping to this salon.
