I have to say I have tried in my almost 50 years to be faithful to one salon. Then they close or move to far away. To me quality and customer service in a hair salon is everything! Learning how to engage with the teenagers of today to women my age 50 almost to my moms age almost 80…. I never claimed it would be an easy thing to do. But at last I have found a Salon in my own back yard well almost. I can pick up my mom who lives all of 3 min by driving and take her to get her hair done every 3 weeks for her color and cut. I will go for a cut or highlights if needed and have and was extremely elated! From the moment I walked in with my mom who is almost 80 and dose not drive lol thank godI walk her up the steps I walked her in said she had appointment with Josephine and I just had to park my car because I did not want her walking up the steps without my help. They said not a problem we will take good care of her! That they did! When I walked back in after parking and checking in for my appointment with Samantha my mom was in a chair all draped up and Josephine bless her heart! My mom took her phone out of a pic of a pic of her from her 18 th birthday and said can you cut my hair like this? I looked at my mom typical mother daughter banter and said you want her to make you look 18? LOLJOSEPHINE said without a heart beat I will give you this cut but with the more updated version and gave me a wink! Well I must say she came pretty darn close to making my almost 80 year old mom look like she did on her 18 Th birthday! I wish I had taken before and after pics! My mom looked 40 years younger and I am giving you my honest honest truth. All the girls in the salon where like your mother has the most beautiful hair she looks amazing! I said I can see for my self! Most importantly they did not dismiss her treated her like a lady and gave her exactly what she wanted! Maybe it was just a day spent with a wonderful staff and a great new forever salon for us for sure! My hair came out amazing by Samantha cut half head highlights and blow out! I was very very happy and elated that Samantha was actually able to get the color correct for my highlights! I showed her pics but it’s never the same as when you have the finished product! This place Salon Illusions is a all time hands down favorite! I will never go to another Salon again and the fact that my mother was happy really happy! That’s says a lot! She is a tough cookie if she was not happy I would not be leaving this review! The entire Staff from the moment you walk in make you feel like family and that you have known them forever love my new Salon find!

So overpriced completely scammed me don’t come here i asked for a price before we started she ignored me and then gives me a overpriced blowout after

Indian women doesn't know how to charge properly. So unsanitary always has her fingers in her nose and always complains when doing my hair that she's tired. I'm paying what's the issue. Save urself some time and don't come here

Listen to this review. If you want to throw your money this is your place. Overpriced hair blowouts 65$ extremely slow hair stylists had me wait 4 hours constantly stopped doing my hair just to talk on the phone

I’m only leaving this review bc I was a witness to this person leaving the 4 fake reviews. She said you will see what reviews I write, bc the salon wouldn’t give her a discount. I’ve been going here for 10 years and never had a problem. They are perfect with their work and so courteous.

I got my makeup and hair done here.absolutely horrifiying. Charge me by the hour for makeup so each hour 100$. The makeup is cheap expired walgreens makeup not sephora made me look so cakey and oily and a ALLERGIC REACTION! Hair was overpriced for no reason charged me over 300$

This is the best solan you will ever find they do the job amazing and the customer service is excellent I really recommend you to go here.

I have been going here for over 20 years for the people and the great service that make you feel like family!

I went for a blowout and curls for a HS reunion and loved the whole experience! Highly recommend this salon! They also provide so many different services all in one place! Can’t wait for my next appointment! **Update: Also did a few more curls and blowouts from July to December and loved the outcome each time! Samantha and Mel take excellent care of my hair!
