Joe had me in and out of the chair in great time, without sacrificing quality! My full head of highlights looks perfect and my cut feels great! Will definitely book him again

I recently had a haircut at Salon 718, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The stylist, Brandon demonstrated a keen understanding of my preferences and executed the cut with precision and skill. He paid meticulous attention to detail, leaving me with a style that exceeded my expectations. The salon's welcoming atmosphere and impeccable hygiene standards further enhanced the experience.

Very welcoming establishment, Sachi toke the time and helped me decide what I should do with my hair and she did great also explained what products I should consider using to help me maximize a healthy hair. Definitely coming back here again

Based off my experience at this establishment I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. When I initially reserved an appointment at this salon (dekalb location) was originally under the impression it was going to be a full service session. Unfortunately that was not the case with this booking. I was told via text message 24hours before my hair appointment to arrive with my hair already styled. I was receiving a curly hair cut and fully aware that a dry hair cut provides the best results for my hair texture. I was under the impression that after the dry cut my hair would be restyled with product distributed evenly throughout my hair. The premise of my concern mainly involves the stylist also attending to another client which I believe conflicted with my service. After the cut the stylist applied product so scarcely that it couldn’t even be classified as damped. Once my hair was “styled” I was place under the hair dryer for 10 minutes. After being under the dryer and my hair being “styled” I was in utter disbelief in the state my hair was in. My hair was severely dry and frizzy. My hair was not in that state before my appointment. I had very high hopes and expectations of what I was going to receive mainly due to the work that has been posted via instagram and being personally recommended to entrust this establishment with my hair. Viewing the photos and videos on the instagram profile of this hair salon, the other clients with curly hair have received a completely different experience that than what I endured during my appointment. It is utterly disheartening.

Sarah was so sweet and understanding of what I wanted. She was patient with me and did a fantastic job with my haircut especially considering that it was a fairly big chop. I’ll 100% be booking with her again! Thank you, Sarah!

Wow! Went in for a blow dry and did my research! Hotel recommended this place and I read the reviews. Was super happy with the way Ello did my hair. She didn’t rush through like some other places. Small strips of hair dry and style and always affirming as she proceeded. Loved the friendliness of the staff and promise to return next time in NYC.

Christine was great! She took the time to tell me exactly what was going on with my hair and scalp. She shared products to use and things to do and not do regarding my hair! It was a great overall experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon. I booked for my large bridal party. Everyone had different hair textures and wanted something special for their hair and makeup. I have 4a/b hair and am very particular about who I go to since Ive had some bad experiences. Jen worked so hard to make she got it right and executed my vision for my wedding day.

Anechka did such a lovely job with my makeup and all my bridesmaids walked away looking absolutely stunning. The entire team was so friendly and professional and got us out on time and ready to go celebrate my wedding. I highly recommend using 718 Salon for bridal hair/makeup.

Love love love her! She was very honest with me about the possibility of doing the hair color I wanted in the first session being low. (don't do Black boxed hair dye guys). She gave me a beautiful mahogany hair color and I'm most definitely feeling myself thank you so much, Sachi see you in a few weeks!
