Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria, Webster NY

Always good food, but rated 4 stars because yesterday they completely burned the pepperoni to the point it was unedible. It was fine once it was removed. I didn't tell the manager but will check my pizza in the car next time. A little black around the edges is normal for cup and char, but these were solid black.

The 2 fish fries we ordered one was like a shoe and the other was mushy. I couldn't cut the fish with a knife. Nasty. Never again. On a better note the Music was amazing.

Me and my wife have eaten here a few times the pizza was great but I've noticed every single time we order regular chicken wings they are never coated completely with wing sauce which is a pet peeve of mine hopefully this can be fixed it's not right for the customers.

Every time we order pizza it is either burnt or barely has any toppings?
Wings are excellent and so are subs.
The prices have gone through the roof so we are going to stop using this establishment.
There are still cheaper options out there-for everything.
Too bad….

Patty, Amy, Deb, Ian.and so many more staff are the absolute BEST! My husband and I are so grateful for their service and conversations! Drinks are ready as soon as we walk in the door, couldn't ask for a better experience. And.to top it off, they have phenomenal music! We truly appreciate and enjoy ourselves every time. THA K YOU!

Love their steak subs. They should go back to putting the boss sauce back on to the sub instead of on the side. Over all they r a good place to go

Firstly, this location might have the best wings in Rochester and service is always awesome, but wait til you read this.

Took aunt and uncle out 2 nights ago. Uncle had 10 wings, my aunt had 5 wings and a calzone, and I had 10 wings and a medium pizza with pep and sausage. We drank 3 tap waters.

No one at the counter, had a bit of a wait, but staffing being what is everywhere once we were served, good service. The pizza is what you would expect from Salvatore's.

Amy is always SUPER AWESOME! She and the other staff are truly there for you!

Dinner at the bar. Good food, but got our order wrong. Service fair, bar maid was more interested in talking to the regulars.

Did a gig there with Mike Sidoty and the people were fantastic and so was the pizza

I'm not sure why I would expect anything different from a place in Webster, NY, but a couple of women ordered ahead of me, one white and one black; both sounding what would be thought of stereotypically "ghetto". When they left I over heard some male worker in the back say, "that was the black lady right", which was responded by a female worker,: no, she was white". The male then responded with, "might as well be black".

Only reason I gave more than one star, was the food was hot.

The employee was coughing the entire time we ordered our food, Then proceeded to the back to prepare our food

Loved listening to the music and dancing with all the regulars! Everyone was so welcoming and having so much fun, it was a Saturday night and it was hopping in there!

Food is delicious but the customer service is horrific. I called and ordered with my phone number and they said my name. When it was time to pick up several employees came to the window confused of our order, we said our phone number several times, they tried to blame it on us that we called the wrong one (which we did not, we told them the number and it was the correct Salvatore’s) they still couldn’t find the ordered. I talked to a human. They took no responsibility for this. This is not the first time they have been confused over an order.
