Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria, Rochester NY

Food is good. Service isn't fast but I can understand that since they are a popular restaurant. Other than that I enjoyed my food. But I do remember one time they didn't give me any french fries on my fish fry. I was so mad. So basically all I had was a piece of fish and Mac salad. With like the bread and condiments. Other than that one incident I haven't had any problems with Salvatore's Old Fashion Pizzeria. And there pizza is so good but I like the fact that there more than pizza there just so pricy. But I enjoy on Thursdays when you can get a $10 large sub and 20 oz drink. I don't like the other $10 deals they have but I like this one. I am kinda frustrated that they don't have the $10 Fish dinner anymore. It's been off the menu for a while now but hey I can't blame them. They probably got a lot of orders from it and we're losing a lot of money.

Just ordered a half and half pizza. Cheese side all the cheese was not even on the pizza and the pepperoni was thrown on there in big clumps. Pizza wasn’t cut everywhere only a little and was undercooked. I’ve also been inside and the customer service is terrible. They seem rude and like they don’t want to be serving anyone.

A decent place to grab food and drinks. Prices are on the more expensive side and I don’t feel like the quality or service or atmosphere really matches the prices being higher than lost all other subs/pizza joints. Still it’s a decent place to go for slices or to sit with a group of people. Steak on the sub I got today had not great flavor and had a rubbery texture.

I like pizza and Subs and calzones. North street has best Wings and Prices especially when you trying feed a family.

The food is usually very good here but I was disappointed that the garlic knots had gone up in price and down in quality.

I had a drill bit stuck in my tooth eating a 17.00 calzone ughhhh sucks will never go back there

The person who answers the phone to take orders has the nastiest attitude and worst customer service that I refuse to keep giving them my money. Like I said “scratch that order” and she so quickly hung without knowing what I was about to say; therefore I will go to Marks who shows respect. You are too expensive anyhow for disrespect! This is not the first time I had an issue with that same person who lied saying they cannot see what was previously ordered under the telephone number and snapped.

Pizza no more, no less. Good place to watch some sports while you are eating, if you like that.

BEST FISHFRY IN ROCHESTER HANDS DOWN! Also great garbage plates, and the pizza is always on point. Not to mention the staff is always polite and friendly making it a pleasant experience. Way to go guys!

Service was lacking one order did not come out with the others and the staff did not care.also we had Arthur Treacher's and it was underwhelming to say the least

Very rude on the phone, no wonder why they have the online ordering. Hopefully you never have to call into place an order.

Tried to order a pizza over the phone to be delivered to another address, I spoke to two different employees who both appeared to be very confused. I was placed on hold three times and when I was finally able to complete my order ten minuets later the person who picked up was very short with me and rude. After paying with a credit card I asked if a receipt could possibly be e-mailed to me and she answered with no and hung up on me, mind you I just spent sixty something dollars on a pizza and twenty wings. Will never be using Salvatore's again.

Really unprofessional people, Manger boss threat customer throw phone and Accuses of stealing, take picture of your car to make up lies.the food is nasty and cold.

I do not care for the pizza here. I have tried it a few times and the crust is very thick and sometimes not cooked enough.

I enjoy going there the bartenders are awesome and the is great! The atmosphere is nice. Especially after a long days work

Nice place great supreme pizza and fish. Double order of onion rings were a must for something different.
