I have dealt with them over the years both as a college professor and for myself-it is amazing the quality and range of help with all things musical that they can do WELL, that they consistently deliver. Sam Ash has a great "Drum Shop" well stocked, and was able to find what I needed! Also a great hang with staff, talking drums and music!

Love this place.they get 'us' musicians, because most of the sales people are either musicians themselves or work around music. Very knowledgeable and nice. I was there yesterday and Was looking for a portable speaker to perform with. Luis helped me out, he’s the best! Highly recommend Sam Ash to anyone and everyone who wants to be successful. Lifetime warranty on my Ovation really wasn't honored to my satisfaction even after digging up the original paperwork from 18 years ago. I would say it's not worth the money.

Better than Guitar Center if you're serious about testing and buying instruments and gear. The stores are kept up better, with gear in good shape for you to try out, and knowledgeable salespeople ready to help you.

Even though I buy online often, I love walking into this store and putting hands on the guitars. Bought a Michael Kelly electric here that I likely would never have discovered online. Also, the staff is super happy, helpful, and honest. This is a massive store with a small shop feel thanks to the people working here.

Great place, everybody there was helpful and nice, the building itself was great, they have great selections for everything, drums, keyboards, guitars, violins, everything, I would recomend it to any musician that hasnt been there before. I have no complaints at all!

I bought a fender american special strat, Robert was very friendly and helpful while i was testing guitars. Im very happy about every step of the purchase.

Very inattentive staff (microphone/keyboard department). Purchased a microphone and waited 20+ minutes for the clerk to get the mic from inventory. When I finally asked what the hold up was, I realized he had apparently forgotten I was waiting, meanwhile the other employees mostly just stood around. Finally another employee got the microphone after asking again. Terrible customer service.

Very well arraignment, as far as being able to play what you want to buy! But I wasn't that happy with the applause Ovaition I bought a few Year's ago. But bought an amplifier and I'm going to buy an S. G, next so I chose sam ash overall.
