I don’t know where to begin.wether we’re talking about this pharmacies free delivery both local and across boroughs or wether it be the physical presence within the pharmacy between staff and patients! It honestly doesn’t get better than this. SAMS PHARMACY supplies you with everything you could have asked for and then SOME! I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this pharmacy where my insurance is accepted and where I have the business owner himself come and greet me which goes to show the 1 on 1 personal interactions between the staff and the customer if we were comparing to other brand name pharmacy’s! I truly recommend this pharmacy for anyone who’s given it a thought and I would personally like to thank the staff at Sam pharmacy from the owner to the manager to the VERY HARDWORKING TECHNICIANS/DELIVERY guys who have every ounce of my respect. Truly a life saving pharmacy 15/10!

I am impressed! I switched to this pharmacy after Duane Read stoped accepting my insurance. I loved the whole experience: staff (the sweetest lady) helped me to transfer all my prescriptions. They are very friendly, professional and responsive. Super clean, nice selection of goods. NO LINES!
Just today I picked up my first order and received a huge “welcome” package full of gifts! Very happy!

Sam’s Pharmacy is by far the best! Both Sam and the entire staff provide excellent service each visit, starting from the warm welcome upon entering. A smooth process to obtain the prescribed medication, no lines plus Sam has a wide variety of other necessary products. Sam's Pharmacy have been in the neighborhood for a couple of years now. I was there from the beginning. Sam and his staffs are always very polite and helpful. The greatest thing is if something goes wrong with prescriptions, Sam always find a way to fix the problem. This place is very clean and very well organized. I highly reccomend especially because they do deliveries just in case you are not able to pick up your medications. Theeee best pharmacy in the neighborhood!

The owner Sam is so understanding, kind, and easy to work with. I began using the pharmacy when my insurance was no longer accepted at major chain pharmacies. My son does have a few prescriptions that can be challenging at times and Sam the owner went above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions went through and delivered within two days. Best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. And the store is very bright and clean. The staff are well mannered and knowledgeable. The delivery men are the added plus. They work in any weather and always make sure the delivery is done around your schedule. I have been to this pharmacy a few times so far, and each time has been great experiences. I didnt realize what type of customer service I was missing from a pharmacy until I came to this establishment. The staff there is very friendly, and the shelves are stocked with many natural products that I typically cant find at a pharmacy. Although this pharmacy is a distance from where I live; I do not mind the travel because I have not had any issues with getting my prescriptions filled and the pharmacist is more than happy to answer any questions I may have regarding my prescription. I would HIGHLY recommend making this your go-to pharmacy. It is also accessable to conveniently located transportation.
