Amazing service! Dinesh is so well versed in what he does. His service is so efficient! Absolutely saved my family vacation. I only had a week to get my twins passports for travel and when I exhausted all other options I found this service. He told me everything I needed to bring and walked me through the process. I went in on Thursday last week and received a call from Dinesh Wednesday ths week saying he got my babies’ passports. Some may say it’s costly but absolutely worth it!

Dinesh is a miracle worker! He worked so hard to get my wife a passport in a couple days that I would have paid 5 times what he asked. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, including a catastrophic system shutdown at the passport office, but his people still came through somehow! Dinesh is a smooth operator. When my girlfriend realized she had lost her passport on a Sunday and we were flying international on a Wednesday he came to our rescue. The process began Monday morning and by Tuesday evening the passport was secured. Along the way Dinesh was reassuring and clearly on top of it. Bottom line, he knows what he is doing!

Beyond GRATEFUL for Same Day Passport! Just 1 day before our trip my dad realizes his passport was expired. Contrary to it's name, they aren't literally same-day, however they offered the FASTEST turn-around time with the most reasonable price tag. I wound up pushing out my dad's flight 1 day and luckily wasn't charged for this change. Moving his flight to the following day fortunately didn't ruin the family trip itinerary. THANK YOU AGAIN! Started feeling anxious when it took 5 days for the state to receive my application- only to get my passport book in under 3 days after that and only 12 days before my travel date! This service is expensive but it's VERY worth it in the end of it. Thank you Pandya!:)

This place saved our family vacation! If you’re reading this review, chances are you are like we were and DESPERATE. We noticed one week before our vacation that our daughter’s passport expired 2 weeks earlier. My initial thought was no biggie, we have an itinerary; so will go to passport agency to get expedited service. Big problem is that the closest available appointment for us when booking directly with the National Passport Agency was the day before our flight - in Dallas. And we were told there was no guarantee that they could provide passport that day. We booked that appointment anyways and we planned on following up throughout the day with the passport agency for any openings closer to us (we found useless because the phone line was constantly busy).

I came across this business by typing “same day passport”. Some reviews made me nervous, but I figured based on the more recent reviews worth a shot. I called and Dinesh gave me an overview of required docs and I could come in. He got me an appointment at a post office in Long Island the next day to process the application that I brought back to this business to go to passport agency to actually get passport. There was an issue with one of the documents -not their fault - which delayed our passport by a day, but we got it in time to make our flight. Dinesh kept us posted throughout the morning and helped to make sure we got the result we paid for.

It’s very expensive - only slightly cheaper than the planned trip for my husband and daughter to go to Dallas for the renewal. Of course, if you are able, make an appointment with the passport agency directly and avoid using a private service, but we found it was not easy, especially being in a rush. We are so grateful to have found this option.

I’d recommend this service if you can afford it. Ideally you’d want more than a week to have some wiggle room.

I was so nervous going there because of the reviews but Dinesh is very helping and got me the appointment for passport within 3 days and I received my passport the next day. Wow, do they deliver! I was nervous because of some of these reviews, but they saved the trip for our family faster than any other service could offer just in time for my partners dad to make the flight. I’m sure every situation is different but the entire process for us was smooth and quick. Can’t thank them enough!

BIGGEST SCAM GOING! Paid for 3-5 business day rush cost us $750 cash and they completely lied to us and now have to cancel my trip its a shame people are in business and get away with this

I had to cancel my flight for a vacation this week because of this agency. Absolute liars and are super sneaky.
I went there June 23rd to renew my passport. I sent them my flight information to confirm that they’ll have the passport ready before then. Lady booked me an appointment on July 11th with USPS and told me to drop the envelope off to their office that same day. I did exactly that and asked multiple times if the passport will be ready before the 22nd, my flight date, and every time she said it will be ready on the 20th. Fast forward to the 20th and I am spam calling their office because they informed me that the passport will be at their office on the 22nd. I continuously repeated to them that my flight is that day at 7 am and there would be no way for me to travel unless I got the passport the day before. They absolutely did not care. I threatened to cancel the check that I payed for their services.she didn’t care. She told me “okay that’s fine come pick it up I haven’t checked it in yet. ” She even had the nerve to tell me to change my flight date. Once they fedexed my passport to me (on the 22nd and received it on the 23rd), the envelope had “07/22/22” written on it but the 22 was changed to 21 on it. They’re trying to make it seem like they delivered my passport on time so that when I call the bank regarding the check, it looks as though they processed everything correctly and on time. Their reasoning for my passport coming in late was because of “printer issues. ” Something tells me that they just didn’t send in the paperwork right away.absolutely would not recommend anyone go to these inconsiderate and unprofessional people.

HORRIBLE! THE WORST! Incompetent liars They forgot to submit my documents, (which I learned from the us passport agency) then they perpetually assured me that I would get my passport before my trip even when it was obvious that it was not going to be possible. For some reason they submitted my documents to an office in Vermont, so I had to drive to the passport agency in Vermont myself from NYC to get the passport in time to save what was left of my family vacation.
STAY AWAY!

The service which I received is exactly as the gentleman offered. I got the passport with weeks due to delays brought on by covid but i received it on the date he stated. My only concern was with the fees which I had to pay. Whereas he initially stated $300 to get the express service, when i got to the office the price had gone up to $450 and I had already gotten the application processed at a passport office.

I was super afraid to come here after reading the reviews. I took a leap of faith due to my partner needing a passport asap— Dinesh was excellent! Within a few hours, he was able to schedule an appointment at the New York Passport Agency even though there wasn’t any availability. A few days later was my partner’s appointment, and he was able to receive his passport the very same day. Even after he was paid for his services, he still remained in contact to assure everything went as planned. Recommended! Thank you!
