I've been using Same Day Supplements for several years for vitamins and supplements. Their merchandise always arrives promptly and is excellent condition.
I noticed that for one of my supplements, the color of the tablet changed. I started to use the new version and noticed that it was not as effective. I contacted Sam Day Supplements via email. I received a quick response that they would investigate. Within 24 hours I received a detailed response that
1. They checked their in-house inventory and they were all the same lot (changed).
2. They contacted the manufacture and determined that they had removed one of the ingredients.
3. They offered me a refund or replacement with a different product that contains the missing ingredient.
This is stellar 5 Star customer service. I really wish all companies met this standard

Buying from this store is the same as losing money. In any serious store, the store is responsible for delivery. A foreign store must know whether the order arrives or not. If she understands that there will be problems with delivery, she can choose not to work with deliveries in other countries. But, under no circumstances can you promise a delivery that never arrives, much less appropriate the money of your customers who did not receive the products as promised. To give you an idea, I recently bought a product on Ebay that never arrived. The seller simply gave me my money back, as any honest company would do. But as we can see with countless complaints here and on Reclame Aqui, they misappropriate their customers' money, as they do not deliver the products.

Great supplement for clean energy without the shakes, crashes and heart palpitations. Cannot beat the price too!

Good prices, good products, best customer service. A phone number that connects to a person that will run a problem to ground. My package was lost by the post office (no fault of the company). Called same day, answered noted my problem and tracked my package to ground and helped get it to me. Was already prepared to send me another. Will use these guys again for sure

I made a purchase with sameday, and the product did not arrive and I did not receive a refund, I do not recommend this store

Excellent service. Prompt communication offering options when a product not in stock. I live in Okinawa, and my package was delivered in about a week from order using free shipping - very impressed. Will continue to get my business.

I have used SameDaySupplements for several years and they provide quick service, are very responsive to questions and really seem to care. They run meaningful discount promos on the products I use, and their online store is easy to use.

Easy site to navigate and always have what I need at great prices. They have everything you will need all at one place. Most walk in health and supplement stores are limited on what they have and carry. Deliver was extremely fast.

I made a purchase of 5 pre-workouts last year which was returned to the company, I sent an email asking for a refund, they did not do it and asked me to wait. Today I went to update to see if they had already made the refund and just cleared my entire account history. Don't buy it, this company was once serious, nowadays it's no longer worth it.

Extremely disappointed, they failed to deliver and asking to pay for resending the product or we deduct the shipping fee and refund you, cost of the shipping from US to Australia is not cheap and this is not the way keep your regular customer happy

The address I provided is the address on my driver license! How that would be insufficient? !? !?
I don’t recommend at all

Terrible customer service. They lied and said my package was picked up by USPS when it never was. Now I have to wait for them to file a case and wait for it be resolved with them and USPS and I don’t get refund until then. Regardless of how long the process takes.

I did receive shipment notification. USPS confirmed it was NOT in transit bc despite the vendor saying it was picked up, it wasn’t. This means the vendor has to open a case, which means I now don’t have a product I purchase nor can I get a refund until the case is resolved (time unknown).

Instead of offering solutions, they were robots and just repeated their policy over and over again.

Fast delivery - product arrived on time. Had a small issue with the product and the team resolved it within a day, great experience working with them!

1 Star is a lot, there is no way to give 0 stars. Never buy from this store, you will regret it. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. If you think I'm lying, go to Reclame Aqui and search for Same Day Supplements, you will be disgusted by a company like this.

I ordered online from SDS and my order was delivered very quickly, so five out of five for the order and delivery process, I've yet to use the product
